MMS, diplomacy without vision is like copying you predecessors and getting nowhere.
" Over 200,000 in Germany protest nuclear power" -
they are protesting against the videshi designed nuclear bomb called reactors/etc being put in the country. they know better how they will blow up and how.

they lied in india about the nuclear deal because of kickbacks. turban does not give MMS, lesson number 1.

It is best if rediff pulls this article from their website
by Vishnu Sharma on Mar 25, 2011 07:22 PM

Since, it is more irritating than informative.

Paramesh Bhatt seems to suffer from a complex that affects a small percentage of the NRI population.

Hate the country and countrymen where you came from and try to be fawning and admiring towards the host country.

It is a weird emotion which is hardwired in their bloody genes.

Although it is true that things do run smoothly in many countries outside India, and people are neat and tidy, disciplined and deliver on time.
The approach should be change what you can
by bringing gentle awareness.

Ridiculing Indian IT workers for leaving Japan in the face of a radiation hazard was downright foolish on Mr Bhat's part and that is causing most of the ire.

This guy is unreal
by Arnab M on Mar 24, 2011 10:46 AM

This fellow accuses IT engineers of wanting to return to India! Just because he has lived for 40 years in Japan and has become Japanese himself does not mean that the whole world is Japanese and will want to stick on in Japan irrespective of catastrophe! Does this retard not understand that? Does he not understand that the IT engineers were in Japan just to earn a living and not to become Japanese and not to adopt Japan as their motherland? Where does education come into all this? This nincompoop may have Japanese blood in his veins and Japanese culture in his DNA but how can he expect an IT engineer who has gone to Japan on a temporary assignment to be the same??!!

I-T engineers leaving Japan
by shanthy sundaram on Mar 23, 2011 09:39 PM

It is surprising that he is commenting only about educated indians leaving Japan, but did he not read about the Britishers being asked to return back to UK immediately. So what does he have to say to this.

I agree with you entirely sir, this country has given us so much. If we are to die, we shall die with them, and if we are to live, we shall live with them, not leave them in times of peril.

joker like his brother...

What i learned from Latur earthquake: during calamity, if one has less knowledge of geographies and survival tactic, better the person leaves the place else he is burden for other relief workers. In Latur, so many volunteers came from other place that the govt spend time in managing them than the actual victims. I think their is some strong deficiency in this Bhatt family. They consider themselves as above rest of Indians..and give philosophical lectures...he needs to understand, his nephew Rahul Bhatt was captured under MCOCA for helping David Headley...Joker Murli Deora released him through MMS

I was in Japan during the Latur Earth quake. It was very painful to see the suffering our people went through. That was the time our country did not have enough money. Japan offered India USD 25,000. That is right, just twenty five thousand dollars. It was like making fun.
I sympathize with the Japanese people during this hour of struggle and balls to this Bhatt family who do not have any ethics

Sheela, you said that Japan had built a huge wall to thwart the tsunami danger.
What happened to the wall?

Bhatt mein Khujali
by Nitin Agarwal on Mar 23, 2011 12:55 AM  | Hide replies

Lagta hai, Bhatt saheb ki saari family mein Khujali ki bimaari hai.

From the above article, it is clear that even Parmesh is no less in khujali.

I would like to ask him, did he or his great brother come out and help the victims of 26/11?

The theory of RUNNING AWAY applies to you more than anyone else.

There were many foriegners who were trapped in 26/11. The people of Hotel Taj, went beyond the call of duty, put their own lives at stake and saved the lives of guests. NO THEY DID NOT RUN AWAY. MAYBE THEIR MOTHERS TOLD THEM NOT TO. OR MAYBE THEY WERE NOT EDUCATED ENOUGH.

There were not too many foreigners who stayed back and helped the victims, and rightfully so, after all it was not their country and it makes most sense to move out from there.

In the same way, the 300 IT engineers are there on deputation by their employers(firms who send them), which are technically have a responsible if anything happens to the employees.

Under such situations almost all corporations both Indian and MultiNational follow a typical protocol and evacuate their people.

From you article, I don't think, you did anything out of the way to help your fellow Japanese countrymen. That means you are no better than anybody else.

The real problem is you Bhatts have a BIG MOUTH and an extremely tiny brain and unfortunately there is NO CURE for this problem.

Money and Many?
by harish kumar on Mar 22, 2011 11:28 PM  | Hide replies

When there is a lucrative job offer in Japan we Indians do anything to grab it and go there. We envy those who gets opportunity to go abroad enjoy the facilities they have the high paid salary we get and showoff to fellow country men back home. We expect to be treated specially when we return from our foreign trip by our fellow country men back home.
BUT when such disasters occur we regret and want to come back home for our and our kids safety and we complain about the treatment we got(obviously its a calamity time and can't expect much from them) instead of staying there and help them what ever we can. At least help their elderly, kids, infants, injured??? Why not? We are Humans after all.

BUT no, as Indians we wants their luxuries and lifestyles but not willing to help them in need. Time to come out of our Indian mentality (Dowry deaths, Child labor, Caste feelings, Scams..... UFFF)

INCREDIBLE INDIA!!!

Harihar Bawla..
Why don't you leave India and reside in other country !? Or are you one of those who packed bags from overseas on their own as soon as pile of cash was gathered even without giving back as gratitude, curled up on cozy coocoons here and now preaching others !? If that's the case, better you introspect yourself.
