RESIGN NOW !!!
by lycoming on Jun 14, 2011 09:02 PM  | Hide replies

Although the matter is subjudice just demanding the resignation does not amount to contempt of court ,the demand does jeopardize the proceedings nor it will affect the outcome of the case.
He should resign now ,good for kangress, opportunity of some face saving!!

Pls file a Contempt Petition
by Radha on Jun 14, 2011 08:20 PM

As a respondent in teh election petition which is pending before the court, PC must file a Contempt Petition against Jaya if he really has the guts instead of just talking like a typical DMK politician (though he is part of Congress); if a contempt application is filed that will pave way to open many more issues around the fate of several hundred election petitions filed so far in our country and the way in which judiciary has been (politically) approaching these petitions. People don't believe in the so called judicial process wherein court passes judgement after lapse of several years (and in most cases after the term of the allegedly elected candidate). Nothing prevents the court from hearing these petitions on emergent basis and pass judgements within 30 days. Where there is a will there is a way. Unfortunately, we are living in a world where there is no political, social, economical or judicial will that favours the common man.

Chidu Amba Ram's dhoti is going to get caught on a doorknob or something and come off. Keep your eyes closed whenever CA Ram appears on the scene.

Corruption Cases
by Paul Deepak on Jun 14, 2011 06:41 PM  | Hide replies

Why is Jaya's corruption cases and amassing of wealth cases, hanging in the balance. Why are the courts moving so slowly on her cases. When it is double quick to arrest her political rivals. Is she such a terror that the Judicial community is shivering in their cloaks, to deliver the right judgement or what is it that the cases have been allowed to disappear.

Jaya's statement absolute Truth
by Patriot on Jun 14, 2011 06:33 PM

P.Chidabaram in the last MP election and M.K Stalin in this Assembly election were both helped by some bogus voting to win. They won by 1500 votes after trailing most of the counting period.

Dear respected Chidabaramaji,
Please don't pay attention to the critics. We want your services. You are a loyal servant of Soniaji and Rahulji.
By putting Service Tax on everything, you are improving our economy.Don't worry about the people.
Please see that the case is delayed as far as possible.Use good lawyers. In case, you lose in High Court, please don't worry.Immediately go to Supreme Court.By the time the Supreme Court decides, you would have happily finished 5 years of service to the nation. You again stand from another constituency.
Jaya is unnecessarily raking up old cases. Please see that Anna and Ramdev don't again fast.If possible, buy them off like you did the authorities in your constituency.Don't worry and be bold.

PC and the loot
by swetambar on Jun 14, 2011 06:28 PM

PC is part of all the scams during the DMK regime that is why he was silent an dtime and again was giving statements that the 2G was a closed chapter etc. Had this not for the PIL of Swamy, we would not have seen the outcome against the perpetrators of corruption. PC himself is a cheat and deserves to be culled from the cabinet. But he belongs to the small group that supports MMS
