Electons were held with EVM's. What is the Chennai jurists incompetence to deliver the verdict?.
Isn't it wrong on incompetent judiciaries inability to deliver the judgement?. Why can't the case be transfered for spreed trial or moved to Supreme Court if Chennai HC has dearth of talented jurists?.

May be effects of Ex CJI balakrishnan. Thats the reason congi against inclusion of judiciary in Lokpal.

Ex CJI is no more working. If he is culprit, he can still be brought to justice with PIL asking him to explain.
Would be good to stone current CJI who is showing more interest on economics than judiciary. I never saw this current CJI showing any stains or signs of Judiciary competence than talking Accountancy or Economics to some extent.
Please go to youtube and listen to the exposes made by Subramanium Swamy. he has exposed Antonia Maino and the Congress. He was the man who brought 2G scam into light so we know he is truthful and nor is he a stooge of the BJP as the pseudoscularists wouls want to call him.
Alright, but corrupt and inefficient Chidambaram is a lame excuse for a human being never mind a central minister.
Its a big shame this guy proven inefficient for the last couple of decades continues as a HM even when his own conscience would say he isn't really worth to enter in to Parliament

He has been declared winner in the election by fradulent means !!! Judiciary deserves to be contempt if they are not declaring result in such cases within no time. They are hand-in-gloves with currupt practice of Chidu !!!
I am fully convinced by what Mr Chidambaram is saying. He should move a contempt petition in the courts so that Ms Jayalalitha may meet her just rewards.

I would argue that restraining one from exressing his/her views on an incident/fact for a long period in the name of pending judicial process is nothing but curtailment of his/her freedom to speech/expression and i am sure no court would encourage that. If an abnormal delay in the judicial process that postpones a judicial remedy by several years (and makes it almost infructous) is going to be used as a tool to hide malpractises against democracy, its a much serious and bigger issue that the so called Contempt.
