india shud have a direct presedential form of govt like united states. in that case we can get rid of this innumerable parties who are gullible during confidence motions.
A candidate's election is contended. The term is for 5 years.The courts in India doesn't decide this even after two years!This is what will happen if the likes of Balakrishnans get elevated as Chief(in)Justice of INDIA.Moreover Oily Moily's of the world are the Law ministers! Is it wrong then Anna asking for judiciary to be brought under the purview Of LokhPal bill ambit?
Mr Chidambaram you did not remember court when they were talking about black money. How come you have started talking about court? Do you remember 50k caror deposited in Swiss banks on your name?
How this case is pending from 2009?? Court shd have asked chidambaram to resign till the court verdict comes out. Mr Chidambaram enjoyed already 2 years and involved in multiple scams at center. This is total nonsense!! MP's term is 5 years and the court has not decided anything till now!!!!! Thats why we need lokpal bill that included judges, PM, CBI and MPs.

That's why Anna Hazare is adamant in bringing whole judiciary under the scrutiny of Lokpal. Here one must notice that the alleged fraudulent minister is talking about the long pending court proceedings but not about the accusations. I remember the voter,s verdict in Sivaganga was mysteriously stalled twice before Mr. PC was declared elected.

DMK guys were and are still floating rumours Congress party people killed Rajiv fearing his rise within the party...some go to the extent of saying Sonia plaotted his death...
Shameless Chidamabaram and other Congressmen have aligned back with DMK.
Good that CM J has taken head on the fraud committed by Chidambaram on the nation after having lost the last parliamentary election in Sivaganga. It is a pity and sad that a person who cannot even romp home from his constituency is now the HOME minister of entire India. Good that at least now J has taken this up at the highest level. I was wondering why ADMK has not pushed this issue all these days and taken this to logical conclusion.
Let us hope this case is disposed at the earliest and Chidambaram's election is declared invalid. Let us pray to send our home minister to his home in Sivaganga soon.
This person who has no base in TN(he cannot win a single seat on his own and needs Congress and one regional ally's support for sure) has reached such heights in Congress to become Home Minister of India. We need to have a person of Advani's calibre in Home Ministry soon.

This fraudulent elected home minister, had a chheek to beat of women,children ,young girls who were fast a sleep and in order to murder Ramdevji Baba there was no warning when tear gas shells were thrown in confined space with 50,000 people. The arsons of tent is itself a major crime some one caught in Europe,for arson will be sentenced to prison. Why not this home-minister or the lying police chief.
First she said PM must resign and sonia is foreigner in election campaign now she want to replace DM K in center playing funny games and now all Jaya brahmin media followers are supporting her funny talks.....

Maybe she won by fraud. A rumour is that one of the Election Commissioner belongs to her community, and a distant relative to her, and who is said to have sworn/challenged to make sure DMK does not win the election. You never know what her community is capable of. See how Swamy cheated the entire country and the Supreme Court, as if A.RAJA swindled 1.76 LAKHS CRORE(!?). Now, what A.RAJA is in jail for, a 200 crore allegation. Where is that Swamy now? Swamy is shut, and hiding, and cannot wag a finger against anybody from any other political party, or against any business leader, if he truly believed 1.76 LAKHS CRORE was looted/lost. If he was sincere, he should go after everybody involved, but, his aim was to favor Jayalalitha before the election, by accusing DMK/RAJA of 1.76 LAKHS CRORE, so people will be carried away by sensational figures. Now, that his community trick worked, he does not really care whether there was any actual loss/loot of 1.76 LAKSH CRORE or whether anybody looted 1.76 LAKHS CRORE.
