There two type of Telugus.The description matches the one who comes from Andhra.Compltely opposite of this is Telugu from Telanagana,who can speak good English,Hindi and Telugu (mixed with soem urdu/hindi words),mostly watches Hindi movies and never idolises Telugu movie stars nor fakes resumes or shows any caste feeling

As per what you describe the persons you are describing are tamils.sambhar,tamil,rajnikanth,tamil praising match the criteria exactly.
And the person dev singh is describing are telugus.

Tamils dont fake their resume, degrees, speak loud in office in regional languages. Most Tamils are fluent in english. Such Telugu people are disgrace to the Indian community.

I have many Tamil friends and most mingle into the culture very well here. They just don't stands out like the Telugu crowd here. And most Tamils are from reputed universities, very intelligent etc. I think in terms of food habits all the south sail in the same boat

hi dev singh,request you to visit chennai for your next vacation,check the words you have written and visit us back....
There r so many US Universities below standard than any local univ of any Indian state. Why the students r coming to here for MS studies paying huge amount of money. I seen most of the MS students are working in gas stations whole day. hadrly u can find them in univ campus. I can't understand why they r here and why Indian companies offer jobs to them. I really don't hv any idea whether they r getting any position in India. In my opinion, they do not deserve to get. Yes, the situation is different for famous US univs.
The warnings were there since April 2010 on Murthy and Immigration forums. Go to these and check the postings by one Joef since April 2010 and the various threads, yet many went there against all advice. What do you say about those who transfered to TVU from other universities? What intent does it show? Go to TVU's web site and check out the student profile link on the left side.

Agree with you. Just go to Murthy and Immigration forums, you will see the very students who disregarded the warnings last year now pleading for help. They were all participants in this fraud
