It is another feather on the CBI cap of ignonimity. Selected persons are given lot of cnance to clear the files, go away and shoddy investigation etc.
They are masters in manipulating things in favour of ruling party especially congress party.
This time when they submitted 'closure report' it was so weak that Hon court had to disallow it and ask for reopening the case.
Whatever you call them... CBI is not doing their work as expected.
Any parents will not want their only child die in such a way.. whatever crime she/he does. Ask any parent under the sun.. whatever the provocation no one will hurt their child. If the reader is a parent... will you do it????

We Only Heard about CBI. Have ever seen any CBI officiers, unlike the Police commissioners, ministers etc. The CBI should have a press meeting for all the cases it handles and its results to the public.The public should be allowed to question all the queries of the case.
Court has questioned internet router activity from 2400 hrs to 0300 hrs. The same router was ative the next night also when Police was present in the house. This was brought about their Lawyer and is mentioned in CBI report. How can court question this and ask for Parents to be tried? 1) No parent can carry out such a planned murder inside their own house. 2) Even if this is a spur of the moment action by the Father, no Mother shall support him. This has been evident in some recent incidents when the Father has murdered his pregnant daughter - the Mother was crying and blaming him. 3) NDTV brought Ms Shobha De on news last night and she was famously talking about the Talwar's body language as ' rehearsed'. Someone shoyld tell her that this is not her Novel converted into a Movie where the actors have to emote to be effective. Different people reat in different ways !!

Doesn't matter how modern india become, but no parents can kill their own child n live. I know how it feels even when your child cries, Its against humanity to accuse the poor parents. Their has to be some hidden story and everyone is finding the parents a soft target due to the circumstances.

Did u ever saw the parents of any girl or a boy killed for an honour. I am sure no, its either brother or relatives who kills.

MHS.. Let us not blame or comment or criticise the innocent couple.. They have not killed their daughter but it is CBI who spoiled their reputation.

yes.. true.. I 100% support... Let not innocent parents punished or their name maligned for an inefficiency of CBI/UP Police.
Now a legal war between real democracy and banana republic. The girl was eliminated by her parents knowledge. The servant has no merit in this case. The police and CBI behaved like immatured idiots before the professionals. North india has good murder history. The mobile phone was destroyed by her parents. The evidences were washed away by her relatives. The judge will decide on circumstantial proofs. Criminal conspiracy in every angle including a person who hit him on the face.

gkpillai... You have come to a conclusion which even CBI/UP Police has not done.. how can u say that mobile phone of Arushi was destroyed by her parents? How can you say that evidences were washed away by her relatives ? What is the base, proof in your allegations? Dont unnecessarily comment on any innocent, educated couple without having sufficient evidence against them... I too want Justice to prevail and real culprit to be hanged... But let hundreds aquitted but not one innocent punished.
I think CBI is unnecessary harassing one couple.. First of all, this parents are in grief having lost their only daughter and secondly new, new allegations are put on them by CBI to hide their slackness for not catching the real culprit.. I am reading this issue since it happened in 16th May, 2008.. It is very tragic... I pray, may Almighty give strength to these parents to fortitude such calamities and also I pray that real culprit to be behind the bars soon .. No doubt, whoever this culprit may be, he is more dangerous than Kasab...

Agrawalji. Let justice prevail and culprit be hanged. Let hundred aquitted but not one innocent punished. This case has become important only because Police and CBI are harassing, torturing and hitting only one parents... leaving the snake in the bush safe.
