CBI is meant for some serious work and not for investigating some individual case that too dead end case like this. When evidence is impossible to get , what is point in continuing prosecution and wasting time. That is why we have too many cases in the courts and court decisions are delayed by life time. secondly , it is not fair to impute crime on any one unless there is evidence.
People like seventy year old shobha dey may get some coverage in TV news channels. She talks of body language which is ridiculous argument. May be she wants to write another article on body language/reactions and things go that go with it .She should not talk which spoils image of the dead girl or her parents.
let court and CBI conduct proceedings with out going to public. only allow the parents to talk to public to safeguard themselves against any third degree methods .
Let media leave this case for ever and do not exploit for getting more audience

what a joke .. "CBI meant for serious work????"... CBI means COngress Bachao Investigation and not for any serious work.. They had aquitted Rathod also and had given a clean chit.. this is media and Indian people who raised the voice against Rathod and forced CBI and Court to punish Rathod..
A Press Meet to be called with the CBI top officials.They should be questioned to the core and find whether this Department is useful & Transparent in their duties.

CBI is one of the best tool for ruling govt. Today congress is trying to remove or weaken the cases against Mayawati,Mulayam and Lallu so that they will handle NDA in upcoming Parliament session with the help of these thug. so where is neutrality of CBI come ?. In Ruchika murder case CBI has taken stand of Rathore and weaken the case. Now it is hard to believe that any law and order is there in India. We are moving towards anarchy and we needs to fight against the system. If our institution do not punish then we have to take law in hand to punish culprit

You are right Manoranjan ji.. But dont punish the innocent like that insane person Sharma hit Dr.Talwar... We all appreciated when he hit Rathore but Dr.Talwar is not to be punished...
From what we read in medai,it seems to be honour killing to save fictitious family reputation?seems servant iilegal sexual relations with girl?to save family from defamation,father used his gangsters contact to kill first servent,then might have killed pregnenent?daughter?my conclusion,lesson is all people shud keep strict watch on daughters.
