Content is typically published by individuals, so targeting companies which happen to provide just a platform does not make sense to me. There are billions of messages posted every day and trying to figure out what is derogatory or not is very subjective, very difficult to determine in most cases. Also other aspect is- what about freedom of expression? The social websites are not like newspaper. Content created by individual is private content which is only shared with his/her group; so in this case court is over-reacting and possibly breaking the law by denying freedom of expression to individuals.
How can the Judge say that matters relating to Jihad, its Holy war for Muslims whereas non Muslims if they say Jihad is for killing them thats the truth. If the Judges are prompt Pandits in Kashmir would not have been ethnic cleansed
And what about vote bank politics played by these politicians whereby laws are passed by which most of the benefits are passed on to a particular community. There is a competition among various states in our country by these horrible politicians to see to it that legislative bills are brought about in which most of the benefits are given to a particular community on religious ground only to garner votes . A JUDGEMENT will be beneficial if it will bring an end to these vote bank politics thus ensuring that henceforth no benefits will be given to the citizens of our country on communal basis. We should see to it that all citizens living in this beautiful country should have equal rights and are equal before the law of the land. Then only we can bring an end to these religious animosities prevailing in this country and thereby ensuring a peaceful co existence of our citizens of different faith and beliefs. The age old custom of the politicians of vote bank politics should be brought to an end and the youth should see that we the citizens in this country avail benefits not on communal basis.

Boss only solution is 100% compulsory voting. Only this will end votebank blackmail.
