This so called, highly subjective "hurting the sentiments" should be removed from the list of offences and instead, it shd be legislated that those who get "sentimentally hurt" at the drop of a hat should be compulsorily moved to mental asylum. West is not that great either. In most european countries, its an oofence to deny holocaust..! Now France is bringing in another such legislation against those who deny Armenian genocide!
This Delhi judge should ban Loksabha as most of them are criminals and has black money in foreign banks and the children seeing the proceeding will get polluted.

Mukesh Kumar is not wise enough to understand that many sitting inside the Parliaments are hardcore white-criminaqls or he is relative to MPs.
Constitution shd be amended to replace "hurting sentiments" from the list of punishable offences. Instead, a legislation shd be brought in to put the ppl who get "sentimentally hurt" at the drop of a hat in mental asylums!
Prashant Bhushan has stated that most of the retired the judges of Supreme court are retired, and this Delhi judge who is doing the job for the congress should also order to remove hateing material from satanic verses
And what about vote bank politics played by these politicians whereby laws are passed by which most of the benefits are passed on to a particular community. There is a competition among various states in our country by these horrible politicians to see to it that legislative bills are brought about in which most of the benefits are given to a particular community on religious ground only to garner votes . A JUDGEMENT will be beneficial if it will bring an end to these vote bank politics thus ensuring that henceforth no benefits will be given to the citizens of our country on communal basis. We should see to it that all citizens living in this beautiful country should have equal rights and are equal before the law of the land. Then only we can bring an end to these religious animosities prevailing in this country and thereby ensuring a peaceful co existence of our citizens of different faith and beliefs. The age old custom of the politicians of vote bank politics should be brought to an end and the youth should see that we the citizens in this country avail benefits not on communal basis.
along with MMS and Sibal. Freedom of Expression is raped and murdered in this country legally. We are not very different from Taliban. This court took this action on the complaint of a mullah, and Sibal ensured that the "sentiment of the minority community" were not hurt.
