Based on your first name (girlish first name) this question is valid. However, based on your second name, this question is invalid. I am confused what to answer.

neraj gupta-correct, people can walk away from caste, not poverty
by D S on Dec 25, 2011 11:42 PM

but politicians are bent on exploiting caste, religion, etc. when people have made their samaj/organisation and walked away from caste (or work classification).
Poverty can seen among all the segmentation yet political want to play the age old card of divide.

Did Geetha preach any particular religion? Study and understand it before commenting. This is the only reason why it is universal in appeal. Being originally in Sanskrit, it may contain words like yoga etc., Does is mean anything or does does it derogorate anything?

Bhagavad Gita!!!
by J D on Dec 25, 2011 11:28 PM  | Hide replies

So what if Russians are narrow minded. But the scripture is certainly a mind opener for folks who believe in nepotism. Like we have folks in India who believe in dynasty rules like Dhritrashtra. Only those are really capable should be the leaders not the family members of dynasties. Bhagvad Gita brings a message to the whole world about nepotism. It is Russia's own loss. Indians need not worry. Russia is a new democracy you cannot expect anything better.
