One Cabinet minister have a principle Secretary. That cabinet minister tells his demands to that Secretary. Then Secretary tells his as well as miniser;s demands to his sub-ordinate IAS oficers. Then that IAS officer tells his as well as secretary's (Secreatry's demand includs minister's demand) demand to furhter his sub-ordinates. Likewise the demands reach from top to bottom of that organisation. And at root level all the corruption starts and all the corrupt money flows from bottom to top. This includes the money earned by accepting tendors, giving licenses, for allotting funds for expediture and many more things. Then starts a completition to get such posts postings on auction basis. The higher bidder gets the good posting where money can be extracted in a easy way. And in Govt.'s "LOKPAL", the draft prepered shows that the top officials including all the cabinet ministers, chief and principle secretaris, all U.P.S.C. officers shall be excluded from the perview of "LOKPAL". And if such all topmost officials are excluded then the lokpal bill will not have any effect and value. In short, the Govt.'s draft lokpal want to protect the interest of all these high level corrupts and same thing the Team of Shri Anna Hajare does not want. And if the draft prepered by the Team Anna Hajare is accpted and implemented all the corrupt machinary will have toruble and if any scam/scandal takes place, all will go behind the bars. Baba Ramdeos trust has nothing to do with the lokpal bill topic. we support Anna Hazare for lokpal bill. baba ramdeo trust is different,he has mission for yoga and ayaurveda medicines. if his ayurveda medicins are good and cheaper than others,what is the problem.both are for doing service to people. ploliticiands have ruined our country,they are awakening masses. we should supprt their mission. bhushan
