India, Indians and politicians need real will power to combat corruption, nepotism and favoritism not new legislation, laws or million people force to implement new laws. Current laws and codes are very much powerful and ideal to combat all kinds of corruption, crimes and irregularities but the corrupt police force, politicians and judicial system including lawyers and judges make it worthless, meaningless and useless. In reality rather than wasting time and money in preparing new legislation, laws and another bureaucracy, India need honest and law abiding police force, legislators and judicial system. It will not be easy but better to start with a small step of weeding out all tainted, uneducated, criminal and old age politicians from running any election and forcing the current laws on all criminals without mercy.If the masters are not changed, how can we change the students?

Mr.Darwi please do not write bad about Modi, Kiran bedi, Ramdev and Agnivesh and try to create an illusion of split all these people they have one thing in common they all love their nation and have done lots of things that are good for the society. Please desist from writing such comments. Nobody is 100%perfect, we need to focus on objectives not on people.

The difference between Anna & Gandhi is also of education. Gandhi was a lawyer, had studied abroad and had good communication skills. On the other hand, Anna at times struggles with these things.
Without knowing he has started giving statements like a politician wherein media and political parties have started catching him and pulling his legs. By saying something about Modi & Sibal, he is very fast loosing his focus and charisma.
Already he has got into trouble by inducting Bhushans (yes both are terrific but then it could have been avoided). It seems at times he feels as if he is the only crusader who has got the public upto this point whereas the reality is that it was a team work: Prashant Bhushan, Arvind Kejriwal & Kiran Bedi.
By taking the whole credit to himself, Anna may lose shine and would then do a great and irreparable loss to the Indian Public as such.
He must avoid making statements that says I did this then and did that then etc etc.

Its not about education but about the mental strength and intent. There are many very well educated and shrewd politicians today. But who respects them? India needs leaders with determination and positive intent. About Bhushans, it is definitely a very positive decision. They have a prior record of standing again corruption and that too again the most powerful and corrupt Judicial System. Who else in the team has such record.. sometime you need to take tough decisions without putting too much stress on what the people will say or think. Kiran Bedi is definitely a public figure but I really doubt her rationality(she seems more like a lime light seeking person to me). I have seen some of her serials on TV(and have listen to her arguments and way of expression) only after that I am making this statement. Moreover I have never seen her doing some really good stuff except for being a glory icon of the women's strength in India. Thats fine, but that is a completely different area.

the jail bharao call of Anna ji and the subsequent increase in people's support did unnerve the Govt. The govt was not at all relenting before this. Sonia's interference maybe a drama, just to fool the people again. She didn't write, direct the govt of talk about corruption when large scale corruption was happening in her govt for the last 2-3 years. don't give her a chance to get away from responsibility
