Taking father son lawyer duo as members the Govt has tried to sabotage the lokpal bill from the start. Anna couldn't understand this as he is not aware of the way corrupt politicians and babus function.
There are 5 ministers who would form the panel to draft the lokpal bill to fight corruption. The top 3 are
1) Pranab - (Google "Polyester Prince") 2) P Chidambaram - (His wife is a lawyer for Hassan Ali's associate) 3) Kapil Sibal - (He invented the zero loss theory in spectrum scam)

The civil society members are there in equal strength precisely for this reason.
But we mustn't be too cynical either. Keep in mind that these are democratically elected leaders of our country, and they are smart men, who hopefully will try to do the right thing at least when pushed against the wall(by Anna Hazare in this instance).

U R Correct , None of the politician from any party (including BJP) should be part of the committee

he he he... everyone in India knows he has more than 50000 crores money in swiss bank... he afrid if there is a commission for checking his land dealings...
