The Persons seem to be unknown of the very definition of DEMOCRACY – of the people , for the people & by the people “Messers Politicians and other Mastero Orators in political field please be it known to you that Maharashtra’s famous saint Tukaramji’s one abhang [ stanza of his preachings ] says “BOLE TAISA CHALE TYACHI VANDAVI PAULE “ means “ SALUTE THE PERSON WHOSE ACTIONS – DEEDS – AND – SPEECH – PREACHING HAVE RESEMBLANCE “ . Do you think that Public which is inheriting such preachings of renouned saints and genuine democrats [ alike Swami Vivekanandji , Lokmanya Tilakji , Gopalkrushna Gokhaleji , Mahatma Gandhiji , Vinobabhaveji , etc. ] of India will become victims of your treacharious , self centred & anihilatory speaches ?

The higher civil services or central services are the most corrupt and cause of rank and file corruption in India.They enjoy no action and immunity and have mafia associations.Why any public service person especially senior ones be permanent? What is permanent? Till person works competently,honestly and effectively he can continue.Period!Every person in cenral services should be reviewed for renewal of 5 years contracts once completes first ten years.The performance,discipline, public behaviour, complaints,charges against that person etc should be reviewed and at least 20% people should be removed at this stage ,then at every next stage of 5 years 20% people should be removed. Today's babudom is arrogant, fearless, corrupt and incompetent.They are pests on society with huge salaries, perks and luxuries and in top of this they eat lacs in bribes and theft of public property. Your last sentence speaks every thing.Since Govt.is not willing-it is beneficiary of system Politicians and Babus are sole ruler of country there are only TWO ways to fight either we all should support to such persons like Anna Hazare and allies Or compel Govt. to make legislation on voluntary death .
