where is india and pakistan mentioned in the articles, our our system of envy is also very good, in good things we say india is at such a place and the last is pakistan, aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh
As the article suggests 'foundations of prosperity: factors that help produce happy citizens'. These are only a few factors. But there are other factors that determine happiness. So there is separte global happiness index according to which Bhutan is the top in happiness - though it is no where in the top in prosperity index. That shows that prsoperity only a factor in determiining happiness. Prosperity is neither necessary nor sufficient to be happy

This is in comparison to 87th position of India while China is at 57th position. The instability of Pakistan has pressured many of its students to seek education abroad; many scientists, doctors, and business people who can afford to leave the country altogether. The report notes that Pakistan has more than once been described as the world’s most dangerous country. Its wild northern reaches remain host to various branches of the Pakistani Taliban and Al Qaeda. What does it all say?? Sixty years back we started together, we were seen more backward and this was repetitively narrated by Pakistan. Today it's in dire strait with all the money that poured in since last 60 years. I hope and pray Pakistan is serious in getting its house in order.
FINLAND at 2007 was the SUICIDE CAPITAL of the world.Now the survey says this is the happiest place on earth. Which one should we belive? Or can a place which drives people to suicide could also be the happiest place?

But it is happier than failed state Porkistan, isn't it? That is enough. All states are happier than this failed nation Porkistan, even Bangladesh which was carved out of it in 1971. Also Afghanistan which it is troubling a lot is also a happier place than failed nation Porkistan.

All unhappy people died in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Now only happy people.

Can you cite the source of your suicide capital statistics?
We vote based on religion and caste instead of candidates honest and capability Most of us will happy to pay extra (bribe) to get our files ahead of others How many of us will report to police if one of our family members commit a serious crime. Why are we respecting corrupt and dishonest people instead of isolating them. We do not contribute back to society. How many of us participate in volunteering. How much money we contribute to charity (pl do not count the money we donated to your temple/church. It is another kind of bribing)

These are the fundamental difference I see between most Indian's and most people in prosperous countries. I think "indifferent" is a better word to describe most Indians than "idiots"

Extraordinarily high competition is the root coause of most evils in society. In most developing and underdeveloped countries there is too much competion over everything like water, food, seats in buses,railway tickets which makes people spiteful of each other and brings the worst out of them. Some competion is good but too much is too bad. Wheras in finland and other scandinavian countries where the standard of living is very high it means that every person/family has alomst everything to keep themselves happy. And a happy person will always be more honest/kind than an unhappy person.
