THIS IS A INJUSTICE AGAINST 16 LAC SSC THE APEX COURT JUST CANT UNDERSTAND THE FEELINGS OF 16 LAC STUDENTS AND IT IS DOING ITS DESICION IN FAVOUR OF HANDFUL OF 7500 STUDENTS OF DELHI BOARD .THE ISCE ,CBSE.AND OTHER BOARDS UNDER CONTROL OF UNION ARE JUST JEALOUS OF SSC STUDENTS THIS IS JUST THE VERY TRUTH.
it is clear that in india that the courts side with the rich and powerful and not the common man. all the ICSE and CBSE students come from rich families and hence this verdict Also the govt also is not interested in the welfare of the SSC students otherwise it could have gone all out to defend its decision in the high court all it did was to just let the inevitable happen. Actually this is all a farce the govt comes up with these policies just to garner sympathy in reality it also sides with the rich and the influential

true.. power of money wins..
This is just injustice with students who all have got percentages from 50-90 because their percentages have been deducted by 3% by including all six subjects & from this decision of The Bombay High Court, all students are upset and are against of this decision. So,the concept of 'Best Of 5'was good.by taking this decision the Bombay Court is restricting to take admissions in the colleges which students' have preferred first. This decision is just wrong.
Indian courts are non-reliable. One can easily get away by giving money to judges and change court ruling accordingly. Judges are easy target for corruption. Corruption visible in this court decision also. Because new schools are coming up in mumbai are follwing CBSE, ICSE formula and there will be mad rush to admit kids to these schools. Government is not concerned about normal public but they are concerned about money generated through admissions in these new schools.
I guess judge also passed exam's from CBSE Or ICSE board. Because the truth has come out of bhaya's pass railway test by arrest of another bhaya Mr. Sharma by CBI. Maharashtra board has to change its policy of alloting limited marks and they should be liberal in alloting marks to SSC students. So that undue advantage of CBSE Or ICSE board students will be washed away.
First of all Mah. govt shoul'd not allow admission to any students of ICSE and CBSE to HSC and shoul'd direct all the ICSE, CBSE schools to start their own junior colleges, this will solve all the issues faced by SSC students and their concerns.

yes, very true, people should start a movement to put pressure on Government to bring such notification and let parents from ICSE and CBSE go to courts as they are familiar as they keep running to courts for such matters

plus two stage is for SSC or equivalent. When CBSE isnot equalto SSC then why don't seperate junior colleges for them. Every years drama will be over once for all.

Let us first find out how the permissions are granted in Maharashtra and NOC's are given for ICSE, CBSE schools (if it is compulsary to start std 11,12) and how many junior colleges have really started ? If something is happening good till std 10th we all will be happy if the same good thing if happens for std 11 and 12 as well (offcourse for CBSE and ICSE boards).

If some other board ICSC or CBSC is liberal the government can workout a method to normalise the same in lieu of this funny best of 5 rule.

Thats what the govt. did. The decision of the govt. was given before exam and SSC students studied accordingly. Now they cannot change that. Who will see the injustice to the SSC students. When govt. had decided before exam, why ICSE students reverse it now. why not then only. SSC students would have studied accordingly

Govt's decision for best of five was merely to satisfy their ego which was punctured for 2 consecutive previous years when it lost in the court. They can as well liberalise their marking system instead of keeping their ego and spoiling the future of students.
