for the past three years the state government has tried different stunts to discriminate against the ICSE board. on each occassion the court has struck down the ridiculous propostions of the government as being blatantly unconstitutional . each year admissions have been delayed till the courts have intervened. when will the governmnet stop being so immature on this one point agenda of discriminating against the ICSE board??? for heaven's sake - grow up !! whatever happended to MERIT ??????
It is a welcome move and thanks to high court for clearing the matter as early as possible. All admissions are held up for want of decision. Single curriculam across the country is the only solution for the problem

They should have maintained the best of 5 rule. the marking system in CBSE and ICSE are way too liberal State boards 80% is CBSE boards 95% and ICSE boards 90%. Unfair to the state board students

these CBSE and ICSE students are getting huge marks due to linient checking. SSC checking is very strict so there is huge injustice to SSC students. Its so Pathetic only 21 parents can bring the govt to its knees. Pathetic Judiciary system. I am sure there is huge interests flowing in here.. I pity the Judiciary and those 21 parents, who much be Rich class people..

It seems you donot know fully about CBSE. Their are quite tough in marking and also, their syllabus is harder than comapred to SSC. CBSE students score higher cause they work harder. Thats the ony way.
