WHY CAN NOT WE HAVE A SYSTEM IN INDIA,SPECIAL COURTS SPECIALLY NORTH INDIA JUST FOR THE POLICE TORTURE AND EBARRSING CASE BY POLICE MEN POLICE MAN KNOWS IT WILL TAKE ATLEAST 10-15 YEARS TO FINALIZE THE CASE SO HE MISBEHAVES WITH COMMON MAN AND IN THAT PERIOD HE ENJOYS HIS JOB. I BEING A POLICEMAN CAN NOT COME OPENLY BUT WILL FAVOUR A SPECIAL APPEALTE AUTHORITY FOR THESE TYPE OF CASES.( RUCHIKA CASE)
The family of Ruchika should be honoured by social organisations for showing exemplary courage against the brutality of system including bueracracy, judiciary and overlooking by politicians of different political parties stayed in power all these 19 years. RUCHIKAs fearless friend ARADHANA being a girl has shown the courage and morale of very high standard. The women of such determination and caliber are not less than Maharani Laxmi Bai, She needs to be decorated with great honors and medals. And some foundation should be created in memory of RUCHIKA,the greatest suferrer.

I WOULD BE IN SEARCH OF YOUR COMMENTS IN FUTURE. THANX FOR UR COMMENTS ON MY VIEWS.
A senior police officer molests a girl and then the police tourtures her brother for false charges and makes her father to run for his life! We must whole heartedly support the fight against such bruitality.

i'm glad the girl's father is fighting even after 19 years. Rathore should be severely punished.

Ok, let us apply the same to the "minorities" instead of the provisions of IPC and see the result. If it "solves" the problem, we can apply the same to others also.
