I am talking about the Sensationalize of issues by the media. They never care for the feelings and situation of the victims and their famalies but they only care about their ratings and circukations.They pronounce a person guilty or not guilty before any investigation only relying on thier UNNAMED SOURCES(Rumors)and in case of any incident they Sensationalize eithout sny shame and without any care for the pains and feelings of teh victims and thier famalies and in the process of Sensationalizeing the news they injure the victims irreperably more than anything and distrubs their recovery. There is a Principle called "Audi Alterm Patern" in law. It means let hear the other side which is never applied in the so called media trial. The media is only publishing the side of Ruchika and not the side of Rathore. He is pronounced guilty by the media without any trial or oppurtunity to expalin himself. So please donot rush to any deceisions.I am not supporting Rathore. I am only taking this oppurtunity to explain the excess of media. I also belive that rathore should be punished but not for the media rating and media Hype. HE SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR HIS WRONGS ONLY. IF THIS MATTER IS NOT SENSATIONALISED BY THE MEDIA THEN I BELIVE HE MIGHT HAVE GOT A MORE STRICT SENTENCE FOR HIS CRIME AS THE JUDGE WILL BE INCLINED TO PUT TECHNICAL ASPECTS AWAY. To some extent I agree with u, but this is the media which force haryana CM to involve in this case. Without media support still Rathore can do a lot.

I think you have missed a very important point. Humiliating a common man by power drunk politicians, beuracrates and police officials is a very common occurence in India. It is difficult to pin them becuase people generally do not come forward because of the imense power they wield. Here is a family systemetically detroyed by a police officer while in power but there was somebody who dared to fight, it becomes a very important development and if media is coming forward in this fight then we should appriciate rather than redicule it.If he is not guilty then he should come forward and explain- not just hide or run away from the questions. If media would have not highlighted this issue, there would have been no action and poor Ruchika's family would have been lost into oblivion.Aren't you interested to know- 1- Why Rathor did not apologies to Ruchika or her family if he did what he did in spur of the moment and then get along! 2- Why there were charges against his brother? How easy for police to make any normal person thief or dacoit and torture him? Who gives them such power? When charges did not stand against Ruchika's brother then why police was not made responsible? 3- Why Ruchika was removed from a school where she studied for ten years? Do you understand the trauma of ateenager who is removed from school? 5- Why was this case took such a long time in the courts? 6- How come a police officer decorated for his services while he was facing charges of molestation?
Along with Rathore, there lies an equal responsibility with the school authorities, whose action had lead to Ruchika's death. IMHO, the Ruchika's school authorities also should be charged with abetment to suicide in this particular case.

I am afraid you have not read any news. He was found guilty by even by a biased prosecution, thats why given a punishment of 6 months of jail, and an immediate bail. He is proved guilty by court and not by media. Media is propagating the unhappyness over the quantum of punishment for a serious crime (even if court doesnot consider abetment of su1cide) considering his 'age' (after 19 years what else do you expect to increase). Rathore evaded charges for abetment of su1cide, if found guilty he will face far more punishment. Rathore deserve no sympathy, media need not explain this, its a plain and simple case of fight between high and mighty and ordinary people.

Mr Lame indian, please read and get educated on the news first. You are trying to stand for Rathore a criminal in KHAKI who misusued his powers given for helping others. He was found guilty and made mockery of law and law enforcement agencies for 19 years of continuous crime against a minor girl, and her family members which is with no standard a pardonable crime. He is fortunate that he is in India not in any Islaamic country otherwise by this time, he would have paid the price of molestation and his henious crimes.

But, when will he be behind the bars, his only appropriate place?
By the way, we have taken note of his grin after he was convicted of mo89les54tat6tion and awarded a sentence of 6 months imprisonment! Only a shameless man can grin after having been convicted of such a shameful crime!
Now, we wait impatiently for that grin to turn to a grim experience for the diabolical police officer!

Manu, Vishal , Pander , Rathore are victims of their deeds and what media has done is absolutely right in bring these high profile and powerful criminal in limelight. Without media Lal family or Katara family might be struggling hoping for justice some day and these criminal happily doing the same with you.
