RUCHIKA CASE
by sainath raman on Jan 05, 2010 12:05 PM  | Hide replies

The Law must equally punish all guilty officials who were hand in glove to protect Rathore who was the then Inspector General of Police and the head of the Haryana Lawn Tennis Federation. It is shame on the part of Rathore that he had brought such a bad name by doing this shameful act driving Ruchika(Upcomming tennis star of India) to succide.
If nothing would have happened and had Rathore not molested Ruchika that fateful day, maybe today Ruchika may have been a Tennis Star like Sania Mirza, Steffigraf, Martina Navratilova, etc...
Rathore not only brought bad name to the entire police and judiciary but also had killed Indias pride by doing such a dastardy act.
There may be many more Ruchikas whose complaint must have gone unnoticied or they must not have complained at all. As the crime committed by Rathore is very severe he must be given the harshest punishment as he had violated all the extremities of his code of conduct, ethics and oath taken while becomming a police officer and has brought a very bad name to the entire nation. Even his properties must be consficated so that each day he lives a beggars life remembering the fateful day cribbing & crying. All his medals and awards must be taken back and pensions and facilities removed. This will send a strong message to the rest of the police force adn politicians also who inflict attrocities on people by misuse of their power.

what if Rathore"s wife or his daughter were raped to the core and left high and dry. His wife is equally shameless to protect him and his lawyer is yet another character. he should quit if he too has a family and desert rathore who deserves hanging in a public square naked every one should know the value of human. Lust fed Rathore does not deserve anything the country will loose its identity if such people are left protected by the loop holes of law. Ofcourse nature will take it due on these hungry derelicts.

Mr Walker
Who helped him to do all this dirty work
by Mr Walker on Jan 05, 2010 12:02 PM

All those people who worked with Rathore and helped him do this dirty work are also responsible for Ruchika and her family's problems.
Unless all involved are punished there will be no justice.

Also the school and society around the family who did not support her are guilty too they need to do some introspection and see how they can make up for their faults.

RUCHIKA - MAY YOUR SOUL REST IN PEACE

>Rathore-Shameless for his indecent act.
Ugly it became when system too gave its pat.
Calmly she suffered we emphasis-
Horrible days, minutes, nightmare she faced.
Inspite of the situation- she tried harder-
K ind was not her society to help her with a ladder.
Aradhana-is her true friend one can be proud of-
Matter she took so high and loud.
Aradhana- we wish you all the best to succeed.
Yell in media today-sown by her feed.
Yearningly we look forward for a fast trial-
On Rathore to get him a life time-without any bail.
Ugly loopholes of Indian system- a scapegoat
Reverie of Ramrajya- amid got lost.
Surely things may get better for good,
On this case atleast if not all to brood.
Until we get a true soluti8on let us come together-
Lead it as if you are Ruchika's brother sister or father.
Rest let us not, pl awake-
Enthusistically come forward and throw away the fake.
Surely we will succeed with strong desire,
Together let our souls come as true umpire.
India pl awake- let us not sleep,
Neither allows our generations's future into bleak.
Painful days of Ruchika's family please realize,
Emphasis how horrible is it to get to neutralize.
All Indians let us come together
Calmly show our feeling and support to her father and mother.
Enable them to feel every Indian daughter - as thier.

5 cronies of Rathore named in the recent FIR.
Wait for the investigation team to get their hands on these hoodlums.
