Rathore prospered under three diffenet chief ministers, indicating POLICE_POLITICIANS NEXUS. Police serves the politicians in office & opposition [ futue mastes]like a servant ignoring thei responsibility towards citizens security. Hence NONACCOUNTABLE. Even NOW, NO POLITICAL PARTY HAS CONDEMNED/ COM OUT wih demand for his punishment or for POLICE REFORMS. Nothing will change till CITIZENS SECURITY is placed above VIP Security and the police security[ at tax payers money ] from POLITICIANS, BUREAUCRATS is withdrawn and POLICE take to task fo failure.
Till this happens, POLICE will continue to behave as SERVANTS o POLITICIANS & MASTERS of the public.
i used to work in hotels then i came to know the socalled leaders of haryana are gastiiiii lover,police from constable to sho to ips officer are so corrupt and dictorialthat they always remembered so called history of british raj, but britisher were more humane, disciplined than these black shahib,, i had seen ias ,ips officer enjoying with prosts in hotels and even socalled associaltion of basketball,gymnastic headed by socalled ias ips brought their sprot faculity girl for entertainment for hotel, this case is totally iceberg because gilhotra belonged to rich elite class, indian police is most brutal ,mental torturer and slave beast for common people,90% of people dnot go to police station because money, power,play whole games,,i have seen how policewalles earn hafta, graft from litigant parties,, sold their conscious just for few rupees,, commmon people have not any trust,, even i have seen senior police officer geting hafta from liqour king who used to sell superious whiskey in punjab,,, this is only trailor,,,,
law&order seems to have become like a childs play, where was ashu and other well-wishers of ruchika since 19 long years?i guess this whole tamashabazi is mainly bcz of media's attention, suspending of on duty police officers and off with service medals should have taken place way way back when CBI took over the case,or shall i believe this whole investigation was carried out by some illetrate person who wasted 100's of hours of judiciary and wasted taxpayers hard earned money?we must broaden our investigations and also focus on ruchika's background and her relationship with her family and friends.. iam sure thrs lots more thn just what media is trying to show.

Are you another C H A M C H A of Rathore? Why do you want to focus on Ruchika's background? Is she the victim or the convict?
What tamashabazi are you speaking of? A police officer subverting the administration and judiciary for 19 years?
Where was ashu and other well-wishers of ruchika since 19 long years? They were all being hounded and harassed by the powerful police officer and his cronies. You want any more answers? Then follow the new investigation carefully and stop supporting the molestor.

Its nice that SIT is willing to involve CBI to investigate. Lets see if they can really bring the culprits to law. Justice has to be done to the family of the victim. Blood boils when you think of such heinous acts of an official who is appointed to protect people and it has taken 19 yrs to probe the issue. Its shame if the case is dragged further.
Law should take care and not sure why media is giving too much priority here ??? Media should give priority to major issues than individual issues. Giving high focus on Individual issues shows how work/job less they are :)

this individual case is a manifestation of of a much bigger cause, which is blatant abuse of power by top administrative people. we should see to it that example is made out of Mr. Rathore, so that no other powerful person should dare touch a common man, thinking him or her to be helpless. Kudos to media for taking up this campaign.
