In the globalised world economic power and upliftment from poverty is far more imporatnt than making "made in India products". It does not matter if India buys computer from USA, if India can make a better use of that, which they are doing anyway. India is emerging an economic power in the world no doubt. In 20 years time people from India will not leave India for a better life abroad.

Mr Rasheed, when u talk abt evil mind then ask urself and ur community who eats, sleep and live in India but support porkistan, give anti national slogans. If we were evil minded, then i can give u guarrenty that in last 63 yrs u wont able to find a single muzi in India. We are sad that Gandhi could not able to see inner side of ur heart and mind, and cause of that till now we are suffering.

And, abt why I said MMS as puppet? Pls go and ask him, if he is a true Indian not like Rahul then he must understand whether he is doing what his mind and heart is saying or somebody giving order from his back to do all the things. He is a honest and knowledgable person, but at this time he is not following his inner voice..

WE CAN
by Ferdinand Cangan on Aug 15, 2010 12:37 PM  | Hide replies

I work in a construction company in UAE. After reading many blogs and columns in various other sites about Independence, I was in a dillemma about celebrating this day. But I was ashamed today morning wen I came to site. Some workers were distributing sweets for everyone in the site and had pinned the tricolor on their sleeves. Their salaries might be low but the mind to show their pride on being an Indian was great.. I salute them and my nation... WE CAN ..

calling yourself Gandhism--wow.

Have you ever done even a small thing similar to what Mahatma Gandhi did?

You are like Mani Iyer, who also call himself Gandhian, without having done anything like Mahatma Gandhi or followed his principles?

Unlike Mani Iyer, Mahatma Gandhi was never a attention seeker, nor he believed in talks without turning those talks into actions.

Are you not the one, who keep bashing Sachin Tendulkar, a national hero, on cricket forum.

If you are Indian as you say, then you got your priority and objectives wrong.
