Good idea. But how will you achieve if the government, for vote banks, keep taking away rights of living healthy , happy, and peacefully and give it to minorities based on cast , religion.
How can you achieve it when politician like Lalu do not make its state better so that people do not move to other states purely for monitory reasons.
We need people who can challenge these bad politicians.

Peopl won't come from outside. We are the people. We have the strength. All we need is to sacrifice a little of our personal time and wealth for our country.
Raise awareness, spread education among the poor, work for the upliftment of the less privileged...
The result will not come overnight. Azaadi took 200 years of struggle. This may take at least 20 years. But well begun is half done. Let's forget our differences and unite once again to make our country the Super Power for which our children will be proud of.

Friends, let us try to mobilise and gather more people to this idea of United India. Let us create a website or a mailgroup where people can join. It will be easier to add the educated people to this as they are logical to see the reasoning.
Once we have gathered enough people, we can spread this to other areas.
Let everyone among us start working towards spreading education and upliftment among the less privileged of the society.
I have decided to help build schools for the poor. I am already involved in two projects for schools (for the underprivileged) without any Govt aid, one in Benaras and one in West Bengal. Next target will be in MP and Orissa.

LG,
There is no time to retrospect as to who is responsible etc. There are multiple factors.
We need to focus on the winning formula instead. Let us first unite. Unity will give us the strength which everyone will be scared of.
Let us start creating associations in every state, district, city, town, village, taluka etc. Let the spread of our unity be on the microlevel. And let the slogan be:

Same to you, mate. May our India grow and prosper in days ahead. It is destined to be one of the major world powers in the decades ahead and among the top three economies in the world by 2035, behind China and USA.
Instead of calling back British, why coward like you--who are always run away from taking imitative in making desired changes--leave India and go to Britain.
Corruption is killing this country at all levels - Only british can save us - railways, hospitals and other infrastructures built by them are a testimony - we are unable to conduct a simple CWG decently - what for all these celebrations ?- or atleast give freedom to south and let us prosper

The PM in his speech mentions it as the 63rd; The wiz kids of Rediff report it as the 64th as do a number of other print and electronic media.
It all goes to show what a bumbling lot the media is !
