its not bribe my dear friend.. bribe if he used his power and instead of some other team or some other higher cost bidder he baged the kochi team.. and then also its question on transparency of ipl team allotments.. so its directly questions goes to lalit whether he alotted other frenchiese under pressure of power or money... so tharror part is very negligible.. but lalit himself made door open for ipl and bcci working under govt. agencies scrutinity..
