Raghavan was interviewed by the IBN network which is known for the Modi bashing, the after the questionning was over, wht was the need for such an interview, during the interview Mr. Malhotra who actually questioned Modi was just sitting idle and tense, while Raghavan was answering all the questions, even the last question asked by Rajdeep Sirdesai about how Mr. Malhotra was feeling after the hectic questioning upto 1.00 p.m. in the night, was answered by Raghavan and not by Malhotra, then why was he there in the interview? Something strange... hopefully the truth will come out..

The author is trying to make a non-existent issue

I appreciate the fact that Mr.Raghavan is above religion. But I am surprised to see that just because the name of a suicide bomber is Hindu, the author thinks the suicide bomber was actually fighting in the name of Hinduism. He was fighting a Srilankan Tamil cause. The author wants to compare Gujarat to Rajiv's assassination. LTTE Ex-chief Prabhakaran's son's name is Anthony, who I don't think is Hindu meaning even Prabhakaran was never Hindu.

The point I make is, It's correct that law should be above religion. But, it's sad that by making this statement of yours, u r raising doubts in people's minds. 60% of the nation is Hindu. If you think a Hindu police officer would leave a criminal just because he is a Hindu too, most cells in most jails would be empty. The author, also - are you trying to say is "Most Hindus who carry a photo of Balaji abide by whatever BJP does". I am not offending BJP here. No one knows what exactly had happened. No one knows how Ms. Zakia Jafri's husband could directly speak to the CM of a state and that in times of crisis. The court has setup a special dept. I am no one to pass a judgment. Like the author is none too.

everyone knows what happened...modi sponsored riots because he believed like in 1984 anti sikh riots you could get away with mass murder.

Every terrorist has a cause irrespective of a religion. But what modi did?He gave his consent to the genocide. The same thing Advani did but he was not in office but Modi is.

Mr.Hari Mohan, I believe that you got your facts wrong, nowhere in the article it is mentioned that Raghavan helped the so called Hindu suicide bomber.
Prabhakaran was an atheist, in spite of being son of a devout Hindu couple. His son was named Antony in remembrance of his friend and commander who was killed during the Eelam war.
Mr.Ahsan Jafri (husband of Ms. Zakia Jafri) was a famous congress leader and Member of Parliament of Ahmadabad constituency. I guess now you know how he got access to talk to the Chief minister, when his consistency was burning, the people of which he represents were being killed.
SO PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT BEFORE COMMENTING ON A PUBLIC DOMAIN

Mr.Madan
Every body discusses the Gujarat riots , forgets or i should rather say smartly forgets the incident (burning of railway coach having hindu passengers without any provocation) , which triggered the riots , riots was reaction of an unprovoked action & it can happen any part of the globe.riots were unfortunate but I wonder why people like u forget the things or represent the thing half which gives wrong picture

Teesta Setalvad is an agent of Congress only.
by Shekhar Malakar on Apr 02, 2010 04:02 PM

From this article too, it is clear that Teesta Setalvad is an agent of Congress Party. Has she got any courage to take the issue which are realted to torturing of Hindus in Kerala & North-East ??? She is only the part of a big conspiracy, the target of which is Narendra Modi who is ruling a most properous state of India and an anti-congress man. So how can any one get justice if the advocate(Teesta Setalvad)of the victim is biased/partial or political???

'Malas' of currency notes and saviour of downtrodden?
by Francisco Goncalo Lourenco on Apr 02, 2010 03:59 PM

Some politicians get 'malas' of corrency notes worth lakhs/crores and they say they are working for the upliftment of the suppressed dalits. Whether they are working to amass wealth in the name of 'aam long' or working for the betterment of the 'aam log' is what we ponder!

SIT needed to get justice for Innocent Sikhs killed in Delhi .
by Gulzara Azad on Apr 02, 2010 03:59 PM

Will Congress Ruled Center offer evn after 26 yaers of NO JUSTICE to innocent sikhs 'families and several hundred Children made Oprhans.
Will BJP ,Congress and other so-called Secular parties demand of Cenre Gove to get SIT on the sma footing as Gujarat installed within days from now.
If thet are not doing so ,I would beleieve very sincerely that Congress is only wanting to punish BJP rather than leeting Justice come by for all citizens ,irrespective of their Regilion etc,and they mean Business in a Rational maaner.
Hope these comments reach BJP and Congress .
Thanks.
G S Azad.

open your eyes and ears oh people of india
by atul on Apr 02, 2010 03:59 PM

I am not a supporter for BJP but i do not support the Cong too as they were the first to massacre minorities (*sikhs) during the 1984 riots why no fresh enq, y no opening up of the files(as files are missing) y no action was taken against rajiv*gandhi when he justified the killings of *sikhs.
So they are not saints we need good people and there are none currently in the govt or in the opp. Lets boycott elections as 99% people standing for elections are local **gundas or even bigger, no matter which party they belong to they don’t have any religion they are there to manipulate law for there own benefit y else there has not been any conviction of any politician?
