Wherever these people go, they take their own people (region) only. This sort of regionalism/lobbying is very very dangerous. These mal@y@lees are also doing same thing in gulf nations.
I don't think that these people are only intelligent in India since intelligence is equally distributed.
Stop lobbying for own people, otherwise there will be some local leader starts opposing such thing in a manner we can't imagine.

Definition of literacy in India: If a person can read/write his/her name then he/she is literate.
Regarding rubbing shoulders with Kerala, I can tell the fact. These people simply reject other people and take own people. In south India colleges/universities give them huge number. Even person having 80% in engineering is dull compare to person in northen India having 65%.
If they are most literate then why we don't see them in IITs, IIMs and in universities abroad.
Why we see them bunched up in a single organization. If they are intelligent then they should have been equally distributed all over and not lumped in a single organization. These prove they lobbying.
Well, this discussion should be brought on different forum. Right now be Indian and just cheer for the achievements.

Why you are so much arrogent? Kerala already achived 100% literacy before 2 decades. Education,Health care, Birth rate all are upto the standards. What else all your peoples doing in india except incresing the polulation by simply producing 8-10 kids.

Absolutely! Trivandrum has the largest # of Rocket Scientists - ISRO, VSSC, LPSC, Brahmos, etc.
