poor decision
by aakash kulkarni on Sep 11, 2009 04:52 PM

I think supreme court should not waste time in such cases and rather should do something for reforms in judiciary concerning common man,
and it should not pass stay order in this case,
let the people decide mayawati's fate in next election(who knows majority people may be supporting her idea, its only 5-10%people who are making the noise).

taxpayer doesnt mean anything
by j pocha on Sep 09, 2009 10:44 AM  | Hide replies

mayawati has learnt only from the con-men party and its UPA govt. who are exactly doing the same thing but ppl are just docile and dont want to act but keep paying taxes.

find the blog:
india-awake

article:
HELP YOURSELF, IT IS PUBLIC MONEY

it is time to send protests to PM and President on their website and ask them to stop this massive misuse of public money to promote politicians.

see in todays times of india advt. from min. of textiles showing sonia gandhi and others

2500 crors from whos pockets?
by manish karekar on Sep 09, 2009 04:03 AM

The court should cpme to final conclusion that
since money is already spent so the MEMORIAL can stay as its but the expenditure of 2500 crors must be reimbersed from MAYAWATY & her catorie by selling their movable & all immovable propertis. Also this is not hidden fact that what ever mayawaty owns as on today
is also not earned by any legalised sources.
After selling her propertis she should be made legally owner of the so called MEMORIAL & later she can fence it & run it as a MUSIAM where she can charge ENTRY-TICKET & costuct more such MEMORIALS & then no one can question
her on spendings.
This solution seems quite genuine and should be accepted by every TAX-PAYER.
There cannot be better justice than this.SANP BHI MAR JAYEGA AUR LATHI BHI NAHIN TUTEGEE!!!
Bahenjee's love for her ideals/mentors will then be remembered by generations after generations.JAI KANSHU RAM &JAI MAYAWATY??????

We all wish the country destroyed...
by VladimirLenin on Sep 08, 2009 09:19 PM  | Hide replies

We all wish the country is destroyed. Various people have adopted various names for doing that. The Congress has been doing that over 60 years in the name of Nehrus, Gandhis, secularism, reservation, and mandal. The anti-hindus have been doing it through Jihad, conversion, missionary activities as practised by Samuel Rajasekara Reddy (His son Wilson is simply waiting in the wings to continue from where his father left his act), politicians have been doing it in the name of License Raj, Channa chor, railway loot, naxalbari movement. The communists have been doing it by acting as the agents of pakistan and china.

In the past 62 years of independence there is not one act done by these corrupt politicians which unifies us all as one.

So adding to what has already been done, what is the harm if Madam Chief Minister Hon'bl Dr. Ms. Mayavawati does her bit? Our countrymen have even no compunction in handing over our country on a platter to Quotrocchi and his local Regent.

What is the harm in Mayavati doing her bit for the nation? Do you mean only white-skinned imported stuff can raaaapppe our country and not the local dark skinned original inhabitants?

At least in this aspect let us be democratic. Let us strictly follow reservation by turning a blind eye to whatever people are doing in their own different styles to plunder the nation. If we cannot give a helping hand for our own reasons, let us at least keep quiet just as we do on polling days.

SC directive come not a day too late....
by Sundaram on Sep 08, 2009 09:15 PM  | Hide replies

Some people never learn unless screamed at. A whopping Rs. 2500 crores of public money squandered on uselss ego-driven memorials. I think the next step of SC should be to recover this entire money from Mayawati's personal funds and redistribute amongst the poor in UP to teach her a lesson. Well, people get the government they deserve. Who elected her in the first place ?

Lack of Judicial Participation
by ajesh chawla on Sep 08, 2009 09:08 PM  | Hide replies

Serious participation in the judicial proceedings is withdrawing day by day by the violators of the spirit of Democracy which is a dangerous trend requiring the nipping of their ugly buds. Intention to hijeck the judicial administration is liable to be smothered.
