Can we, for once, stop dividing this country and this forum again, this time for a language, and speak of a united 'Indian' language, irrespective of it being Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu... Language is too wholesome to be degraded or frowned upon by people. It is this unique diversity of India that we should preach and be proud of, and denounce every bit of regionalism or divisions that corrupt, narrow minded and selfish people try to impose upon us.

Who is dividing it? we just respect our own mother tounge, and that should be acceptable every where, when you are in Maharashtra you should respect marathi and speak marathi.. so as other states this states are formed on the basis of languages spoken in that region. Mr Rout please understand the problem and talk, do not go on the Hindi and English media what they talk they are all bought by congress and other so called secular parties.
As long as Mrs. Sonia Gandhi is in power Hindi will remain our national language whether you accept it or not and that's the bottom line. It's only good for the country so let's be proud of it.

It is the attitude of such self proclaimed champions like Abu Azmi which one finds annoying.Hindi is a beautiful language and we shouldn't dispute this fact.

what more can u expect from Abu Azmi.... this fellows party,Samajwadi Party had said in its
Lok Sabha manifesto that they wld ban English and the use of Computers so that more illegal migrant bhayyas
get employment across India... LOLZ.....wish he was elected to the Tamil Nadu assembly and
asked for the proceedings to go on in Hindi.... the legislators would have beaten the daylights out of him and reduced him to a pulp.
Abu has been living in MH since very long. He has no aptitude to learn new language. Just because he is elected from MH, he now saying he will learn Marathi.

Hindi speaking people have limited aptitude and are very poor at learning other languages. Besides they have been brain washed since childhood that Hindi is spoken all over the world.
Both things put together, makes them nuts in the eyes of others.
