REDS lose BYPOLLS
by Rajesh Vyas on Nov 11, 2009 09:35 AM  | Hide replies

The communists have outlived their utility. It is an outdated ideology. They are paying the price for ruining the economoies of Kerala and West Bengal. The people has finally realised that they are no good for the people. The closeness to CHINA is alos responsible for their debacle. It is time for PRAKASH KARAT to go. Infact, it is time for them to wind up and go to CHINA!!!

Rajesh Vyas,
I dont agree that the left lost because of the fact that people realized that 'they are no good" .
People have always realized that they were no good. The CPI(M) this time took just some more effort to prove more emphatically that they are no good .
But the real factor is that Congress in Kerala and the Congress along with Trinamool Congress out-smarted them.
Kerala is understandable since both the Congress and the Left alternate ... But the WB is a disaster.
In the new India ... the communist movement may lose its sheen !And thank God for it ... !

THE MESSAGE FROM THE BYE POLLS
by Vascado on Nov 11, 2009 09:18 AM  | Hide replies

Coming to the bye polls, the BSP won in Uttar Pradesh mainly due to the split in votes between the Congress and SP. The Congress becoming powerful in UP is helping the BSP at this point in time. In West Bengal, had the Congress and TMC stood separately, the story would have been different. It is the alliance which worked wonders in the State.

THE SO-CALLED VOTE BANK POLITICS
by Vascado on Nov 11, 2009 09:15 AM  | Hide replies

Why the BJP often accuses others of practicing vote bank politics when it is the worst sinner in this regard. Does’nt the BJP practice vote bank politics of the worst kind ?? Afterall in a Democracy, it is all about getting the votes of the people to come to power. So, every party will try its best to please the voters to its best ability. If the supporters of the RSS and BJP sincerely think that they need to prevent vote bank politics, then they need to emulate China where there is just a one party rule and the party in power need not necessarily compete for votes. It is competition which creates vote banks and it is imperative in a electoral Democracy. More so in a diverse and plural Country like India.

So, you want that only Congress should rule in India and loot the country solely. Till, India Gandhi, only one party Congress ruled in India and result is before us. Second populous country in the world is trapped by small enemy countries, because of this Congress party. So far congress has played worst kind of vote bank politics. Why don't you accept that?

You dumb head. Are you still not able to understand. Which party does not practice vote bank politics in the Country ? That does includes Congress as well. It is imperative in a Democracy and even in Advanced economies this is the case forget about India which is such a diverse and plural Country more so to your liking where vote bank politics becomes more imperative and with the ludicrous first past the poll system which we have to create more competition between parties. I point about BJP because it only talks so much about vote bank politics as though it is clean on that score. The fact is that it has practiced vote bank politics of the worst kind and cannot pretend divinity.

CPM needs a rubbing
by Govind Lal on Nov 11, 2009 08:18 AM  | Hide replies

WE need an opposition, strong opposition, in the national level. The autocracy that is going on at the center is to be chained. UPA is going like the saying 'DOG BARKS CARAVAN MOVE'. Signing of agreements in confidential conferences is to be stopped. Sale of India process is going faster. Globalization is the watch word for all politicians. That is the route to recolonization and slavery. No matter who come as an opposition Maya, BJP or Left.
It was CPM who projected MMS as the PM.
CPM needs a rubbing.
Did they not demoted Mr.Achuthanandan from Kerala for demanding action against the corrupt in the party?
Did they not made clandestine relationship with mafias including real estate and sex?
Did they not made electoral alliance with nonsecular minority groups?
Did they not preach against the fundamentals of Marxism?
Did they not welcome policy of 'LIVE ON LOANS'.
Do they not support the SEZ act a legal frame work for colonization?
It is time for them to clean up the house. Punish the corrupt and uphold the clean. Stick to their fundamentals.

Congress chooses candidates according to the religious majority in the constituency...and thats called secularism !!
If Hindus do the same...then that becomes fanatism!
Only minorities have the right to form religious groups...!! Get a life !
All Hindus will realise their mistake one day...but it will be too late by then!
