Big deal !! Get a life !

I live in Australia for the last 4 years..never faced any trouble..Aussies are very friendly people... just because few Indian students were attacked by thugs doesnt mean tht the whole country is against us...!!
This sort of incidents are unfortunate and can happen to anybody... remember the delhi and goan rape cases !!

Its as if we are the pefect people and we never get into fights...gimme a break !!

Its a media created frenzy... Big B could have assessed the situation better !!
Media is the winner here... lots of money spun out of a nothing issue !!

rkdmumbai, people like you need publicity not Amitabh. He is achieving so much at this age too which you will never achieve in your entire life.

People like you are such a low life that they cannot think beyond money. You people are good only at criticising others. I have seen you posting comments with 2 IDs in every post against Big B.

It needs courage to support any Indian openly, not like you who are perfect example of traitor taking every opportunity to criticise good indian who is supporting another Indian.

Everyone should respect the local culture and abide the rules of that state/country/ city/village to lead a peaceful non violence life. Few Indians got thrash from Ausies only due to lack of the above (Though hitting with screwdriver has to be condemned).
Amitabh Bacchan, though is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, never felt himself as Mumbaiker therefore his mockery should be guaged in that angle.

oh cmon indians abroad are very law abiding. but what really happened. it would add to the richness of thdebate if we could just find out why exactly the australians behaved in this manner. publicizing that itself would create much more mortification than a shrill indian ruckus. after all we want an effective govt crackdown. do you get what iam saying ;)...we want justice ofcourse....something just doesnt add up...why would indians be attacked out of the blue.....lack of justice somewhere ;)

People like you smells like traitors.

At least Big B has guts to reject the Honors from country who is not taking action against the culprit who are hurting fellow Indians.

Big B is not shameless person like Dilip Kumar who happily accepted Nishan E Pakistan from Pakistan Government. Big B has shown he is real Indian.

In fact all those who live in Australia should go against the Australian Govn who is failing to protect the poor Indian students. Guys like you should open your eyes, these type of attacks can be prevented only if all the Indians including top celebrities and politicians show their concerns about it.

BIG B is 100% right in doing this, open your eyes you fool Indians, no point licking legs of Aussies, if other Indians do not support you in this crisis then don't expect Aussie police for your favor.

You can say that for anything. what did sos snsso did when sos and so got attacked. I am sure culprits got prison sentence. If such things happen very frequently, beleive me Aussie GOVt will raise hell. Tourists getting attacked or raped is a crimeby criminals which unfortunately India has plenty. BUt this trend is more like a hate crime. If happens occasionally you can say it is just a regular crime. But students are constantly attacked. You have to speak up.

If you don't have idea of the real issues in Mumbai, it is better to keep your stinky mouth shut and not advertise your stupidity and lack of understanding of the core issues.....

What are you trying to say when you refer to Northies being bashed in Mumbai as "Indians"....are you saying that local Maratis are not "Indians".......that is your hypocrisy...cos you are a Northie, you don't want to see the other side of the coin...

You don't want to accept the fact that mass migration from UP/Bihar is distrubing the demographics of Mumbai...the issue is not of migration, the issue is mof mass migration from UP/Bihar taking away the jobs of the locals at grassroots level in Mumbai...and no locals will take that lying down.......be they locals in Mumbai, Hyd, chennai anywhere...

The first right on state resources and grassroots jobs always rests with the locals...so if those jobs are taken away, Maratis are not spineless people to give North Indians a free run......they will fight back and if required, use force to drive those outsiders out...your text book fundaes don't have any value in real life....i'am sure you don't have any appreciation of the ground realities of the mass migration problem inMumbai, hence you yap like a fool......
And instead of arguing like a coward, learn to argue in a sensible mature manner.....if you have the guts, dissect my argument.......

you have shown a lot of maturity in suggesting Indians to run after each other.
So called north Indians are around 40% of indian (UP MP BH etc) population and people like you are outsider who does have any sensitivity towards them .Please learn to respect your fellow country men and use the word "north indian" with respect because they are indian first. This is not that huge that you can call this issue as a fight between Indians in Maharastra and North Indians .Stop spreading hatred by using words like marthi ,UPwala Bihari etc there is sensible and mature way of describing this as a fight between few local groups and non local groups, because many political leaders are good at exploiting them .I am not only dissecting your arguments but your attempt to dissect us indians

Well when companies selling minerals of jharkhand bihar from mumbai main office u enjoy taking taxes. There should be law SO THAT no comapny can sell raw materials taken from different state of india can sell from bombay. the revenue must go to state which is producing it. The company should make factory from where they are getting the raw materials. in this way the people of bihar jharkhand will get enough job in their home state and will not be forced togo to work in inhumane, respectless environment, geting just half or less salary as compared to locals n more hours of usual duty.

Hey Parekh, you seem to be one of those who are swayed by the parochial chauvinism. Nobody has stopped the local in Maharashtra from getting the job- if they have merit they will get it. On the other hand brother, you seem to have forgotten that Maharashtra is a part of India and is not a separate country, every Indian citizen has the right to go and settle anywhere in the country (except Kashmir thanks to the skewed politics of Nehru). When the going was good in Kolkata everybody was being drawn to Kolkat, today the going is good in Mumbai, everybody is being drawn there, tomorrow the going will be good in Bhubaneshwar, same will be repeated. Stop crying and start working hard, and, don't stoop to dirty parochial politics

Mak Kumar,
I will now systematically destroy your argument and smash it to smithereens........
The issue is not of migration, the issue is of mass migration causing demographic shifts wherein grassroots level jobs are taken away from locals by sheer numbers of migrants..

I said grassroots jobs......no one begrudges an enginener or a CA in Mumbai, having taken that job on merit.....

Grassroots jobs don't require merit, you are talking like a fool........these grassroots jobs shoudl always go to the locals, but instead of going to them, they are going to outsiders and hence the problems....what merit are you talking of?? What merit is required to be a courier boy or a pantry boy??
So, you stop whining about Northies being bashed up and don't resort to cheap politics being played by North leaders.....

And you better work hard for a living...i don't need to learn from you what i'am supposed to do......

Maha is surely a part of India...so is Chennai...try doing in Chennai what you guys have been doing in Mumbai....the fact is that you guys are now all worked up cos Maratis have started asserting themselves......Maha is aprt of India and Mumbai is capital of Maha, simple!!

He spends money on his own publicity. How many institutions are there in India to cater to all the students here? i would have congratulated him if he had atleast built one engineering college or Medical college.
