this is a good idea,basic concept should be "IT IS BETTER TO TEACH HOW TO FISH ,THAN ALWAYS PROVIDING FREE FISH",that should basic method of training what ever caste ,tribe,finiancial status students may be then only india improves
Indians inspite of being poor , hunger or third world country were able to conquer moon or great in acdemic is due to good education. Indians are better than so called developed country student. Americain consider these a threat , hence have requested Sibal to privatias and ruin the system/generation like US where no one can even afford to garduate.. Let us have better system for garduation make india progress . instead of having ruining basic education system .

I do agree with you rajesh.....its nice that you could make the correct observation. Unfortunately we have a huge numbers of Hungry crual politican who alreay entered in to education sector now even if you and me with we will be amongs the victims of their curalness.
