1. 1948 War with Pak: India defeated Pak, yet we lost 33% of Kashmir to Pak. (Thanks to Sardar Patel's pressure on Nehru, 67% of Kashmir remained with India). Nehru was impotent.
2. 1950 change of neighbour: Our neighbour Tibet was replaced by China. (China occupied Tibet and Nehru did nothing).
3. 1962 war with China: India lost even though we had military superiority (Air force was never used when China had no airforce). We lost another 33% of Kashmir (Aksai Chin) to China. Nehru was impotent.
4. 1965 war with Pak: India defeated Pak and occupied 33% of Pak. Yet we gave it back free of charge without forcing Bhutto to renounce Kashmir.
5. 1971 war with Pak: India won with Pak and created Bangladesh (coz of American war ships in Bay of Bengal). Indira should have reunited Bangladesh with India)
6. 1967 and 1988 war with China: India gave a bloody nore to China. Yet China continued to claim Arunachal and made India accept Tibet as part of China.
7. 1999 Kargil war with Pak: India slept while Pak occupied Kargil. India regained Kargil after USA pressured Pak to head back to LOC.
8. 2003-08 Terror attacks on India: India Congress govt stands impotent while the war has move to cities.
9. 2009 Incursions by China: India Congress govt stands impotent and covers up chinese occupation of Ladakh areas.
What is our nehru-gandhi dynasty doing now to prevent the break up of India by China by 2012 or 2020?

the 33% ur speaking of is wrong. the armed forces did take back some 10% of the POK and the siachen glacier. only the SIACHEN GLACIER WAS RETAINED AS THIS WAS THE STRATEGIC PART. REST OF THE PART WAS HANDED THEM BACK AS THIS WAS THE MOST ROTTEN PART. THE PART THAT WAS HANDED OVER BACK IS WHERE THE FUNDAMENTALISTS LIVE AND THEY WUD HAVE MADE ANOTHER AFGHANISTAN OF THIS PART. AS OF NOW THIS PART IS STILL REEELING UNDER FUNDAMENTALISTS. IT IS HERE THAT THE 26/11 PROGRAMMERS LIVE AND DAY IN AND DAY OUT GIVE HATE SPEECHES. HAD THIS PORTION BEEN RETAINED THEN THERE WUD HAVE BEEN CHAOS EVERY (LIKE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN PAKI RIGHT NOW - SUCIDE BLAST; TORTURING OF WOMEN FOLK AND BRAINWASHING YOUTH TO ZEEE/HAAADS). HINDIA WUD HAVE TO DEPLOY ENTIRE ARMY TO CONTROL THEM. AS OF NOW THESE VERY PEOPLE ARE MAKING THE COMMUNICATION TO THE BRINK OF EXTINCTION. AND THE WORST PART IS THAT PAKI IS NOT TAKING ACTION TO CONTROL THEM, BUT GIVING THEM SUPPORT WHICH WILL ONE DAY BE TO THEIR OWN PERIL. THE QUEEE/RAAAY/SHEEES, THE GEEE/LAAA/NEEES WILL REALISE THIS VERY SHORTLY AND WUD START HIDING. SO IT WAS BEST HANDED OVER BACK THIS CANCEROUS AREA.

WHY TALK OF NEHRU GANDHI DYNESTY, THERE ARE MANY INDIAN POLITICIANS WHO HAVE SUCH HERIDITARY TENDENCIES FROM OTHER PARTIES. VJPAYEE AND COMPANY WERE SLEEPING TIGHT WHILE FERNANDES WAS AFTER HIS TRADE UNIONS AND PLANNING HOW STOP TRAINS IN MUMBAI, AT THAT TIME PAKIS WERE ON TOP OF KARGIL. NEHRUS ANGANDHIS WERE MUCH BETTER THAN THESE FOOLS WITHOUT ANY VISION.
We Indians were sucked already by Brits for more then 200 years already and country like China ( who was UN-occupied for more then a century it can easily Defeat India at that time.
If Mr. Aktar wrote in his book About Nehuru at that time , he might be correct at what he has heard and seen . but if he has any kind of Proofs on what he says I can accept his comment. else he sitting in Pakistan and writing what ever he thinks about indian PM and Obama some crap, he can write what ever he thinks is right....

Beside talking about the Tibet-- which was never a part of china other than a period of 13th to 17th centusy and for your kind information that time the rulers were MANGOLS they ruled china & Tibet, so either tibet should go to them or infact china should also go to them then.
Then Pakistan & Afganistan & BD were most of the time a Part off India shal India claim them too.
Then Britain can claim back USA, CANADA and Spain can has a legitimate right on almost entire Middle & South America, and probably the entire Africa will be devided among the Europens.

History is to understand the past.never a guide to future..we only need to take lessons from history and move forward by not repeating mistakes.. The current establishment in power has no guts to tackle china..they are the most corrupt and most weakest govt india ever has in crucial time..At the same time there is a sea change in indian mindset where they see self respect is a rubbish thin..you can stoop to any low levels to avoid/postpone conflict to enjoy their day today. Tomorrow is some thing no body thinks.Survival of the fittest is the chinese mantra..and they take lessons not only from history but also from nature..we only take from madams. Need improve defense..improve business..improving business is not increasing rates of finished goods to show profits to markets...see Chinese..cut costs and give competitive prices..Gove should wake up and take actions to improve productivity of the country and encourage people to work hard and provide opportunities for working and business..aid agriculture..but netas are busy burying the country..family comes first..every thing else next..neta son is neta..actor son is actor..doctor son is doctor..this attitude need to change and we should respect the existence of our culture prior to invasions by out siders..
India should be careful of China, no question about that. But don't end up giving too much importance to these Chineese. These fellows have inflated egoes, popp it, not overblow it.
Rediff is obsessed with China-bashing, with such tabloid news and reports published once every week. The end effect is anxiety and nervousness upon Indian people. Does China really intend to invade our country? Does China consider us their enemy? Maybe not. China's primary goal is to establish a fair and peaceful multi-polar world, to change the current U.S. dominated world order. At present time India is really not considered a major threat. So don't be panic.

We Indians need not to worry about china any time because we have lot of RSS and kar sevak soldiars and astrolagers who can exactly tell us the right time to fight or run off
high time true Indians rose up to the occasion and get counted patriotism is not a part of life but a way of life theres no greater work and duty than preserving and honouring your motherland's pride and respect our country India in this case

As the author stated: It's all about one-upmanship. China sees India as the only country that can challenge its authority in South East Asia. It will do whatever it could do to bring India down. China has close ties with all the countries surrounding India. Recently, they helped Sri Lanka to bring down LTTE and in return asked to set-up military base. It is no secret about ties China has with Pakistan. They have been helping them in all the means and in return has been asking to destabilize which Pakistan is more than willing to do. Keeping all the above stated points it would be foolish not to be on our toes all the time and commit the same mistake AGAIN!!!
