Let us change ourselves
by ram kumar on Dec 11, 2007 07:44 PM

For all those who are mixing issues communally. Crime knows no North, East, West or South. It is the same everywhere. A crime is a crime irrespective of the gender. Let us not blame the society. We make the society. If we individuals live life the right way, the society then becomes right. If the society stinks it is because of us. Why don't we first start inculcating good things in our children just the way our parents did? Like the saying goes Charity begins at home. Let us (every one of us)first correct ourselves and then the whole society will change for better. Let us hope for a better tomorrow for our children and ourselves. It is not difficult. It is possible.

darn, again, the constitution does not let one serve a sentence for faults of another. Damn these laws! We should just imprison all parents over the age of 60, will stop crime totally!

Dude,

wake up and stop smelling that paint thinner

1. Uhh dude the case is still on in case you have noticed

2. which city are you talking about..unfortunately that has happened in places like Mumbai as well

3. yeah the ministers and politicians do stay here but there are state governments in each state capital so does that mean that the same is true for all them as well

4. "Look at their neighbouring countries" kya yeh koi communicable disease hai jo wahan ki hawa main hai aur logon ko lag jata hai...

if you think you can blame everything on the area then think again, by that logic everyone in South India should be blowing themselves up because they are close to Sri Lanka...

or that the whole of West India should have oil because their neighbouring countries are UAE, Oman, Iraq etc

take your pills son and shut up

PARENTS
by nitya kt on Dec 11, 2007 07:23 PM  | Hide replies

My question is how the boys got hold of a liscenced pistol?? surely it came frm their home. had the family in question been careful another would not have lost thier child! its sad that parents who send their children to 'international' schools fail to understand that education too begins at home. had the incident taken place in the household the boy could one of his own kith nd kin... den whom would the family blame!

How naive. They would not kill own kith and kin unless directed by the same persons who gave him gun. get real!! These people gave gun knowingly in order to protect against the mafia surely (they were builders son) Also note that they will go scot free in a few years as they are juvenile. The parents will claim they did not know the kids carried a gun. They will go out on bail and by the time the next hearing comes up they would have majored and thus not admissible to juvenile court. Then the technical matters would take over and public would have forgotten long what happened. SO without public pressure they would continue as usual. I think you do not know how our system works yet.

WHERE ARE THE HUMAN RIGHT CHAMPIONS ?
by MGR Fan on Dec 11, 2007 07:12 PM  | Hide replies

They raise hue and cry when afzal was sentenced to death. They keep telling that death sentence shoud be banned.

But they are silent when crimes like this happen. Their human right sense is reserved for criminals only ?
