India has always been timid and scared of taking any assertive actions. Now is the time to assert ourselves. South-asia is our territory... its our region. Its a shame that, we have been insulted in our region. I am not a 'fanatic' but the truth is that, Might is always Right. We have been too good for too long. Look at USA... they treat others like dirt... and are respected/feared for that. Malaysia is nothing in front of India in terms of economy/military/world-power. Our govt should take a tough stance on this, and turn the heat on the malaysian govt.

these people don't call them self Indian and what kind of help they are looking even they look an indian as enemy in Malaysia , they don't treat well any expat go from India to malaysia ....i am working last few years in malaysia ...if you ask any malaysia indian here they will never say they are indian they will always says we are Malaysian....so what help they are looking...its just political stunt.....

you are right. I too know these people. They have NOTHING to do with India and most of the people writing rubbish on this forum think these are Indians working in Malaysia with Indian passports. These are Malaysian citizens living in that country from forefathers time.
The world is going to dogs....the weak will be oppressed....there would be many ethinic cleansings on the globe to come...like ethnic muslims in Europe (France, Chechnia and Bosnia) are being marginalized and crushed, tamils in sri lanka, it is the Hindus turn in Malaysia, Indonesia and maldives. In India, however, Gujarat and Kashmir are the 2 examples where Gujju Muslims and Kashmiri pandits are the victims are oppression, not to mention of Afghanistan and Pakistan, where millions of Hindus, again, are on the verge of elimination....then why not mention the red indians and ethnic norht americans, who have been wiped out in the last 2 centuries in USA and Cananda, proving that no society is free of this disease...and so is said of jews who are facing extinction now...sometimes we wonder, who will live, if all the communities are cleansed..at this juncture we Indians must open our eyes and should realize how for the last 1000 years we are living happily in a multi-ethnic and multi-religious harmony. But some dirty characters, lead by the poisnous western abbresions, have started thinking that they can survive after killing others...they are the ones dangerous for the future of the country

Well said. Every one cries for religion no one cries for humanity. This world has oppressed and oppressor that is the only 2 religion in this world. They keep the oppressed busy by dividing into religion, cast, ethnicity and religion. Have you ever seen the rich and powerful fighing among themselves ? no never they always shake hands if they see money in it.

Hi Mohd Khan, one of the most sensible message ever read from a muslim, really appreciate you for being balanced and on the dot.
There are about 2 million people of Indian origin in Malaysia. For a country which obtained its independence by negotiations with the British by all the three communities i.e. Malays, Chinese & Indians, why is it that today Indian-origin Malaysians are being margina-lised ? Have they not contributed to their nation building. The powers in Malaysia must realise that antagonising the Indian community at home and abroad is not going to serve their interests nor help their image. I'm also aghast at the anti-secular tones (in these columns) in the responses of fellow Indians on the subject. Last of all, what wrong have Indian Christians done to deserve snide mentions by their fellow Indians ??
Malaysia is a pathetic country. They think they are as good as any advanced state in the world. They tried to make KL like HK, but when u see it, u can clearly see the attempt. Malaysian Govt thinks by making great roads and trains inside the airport they have become advanced. the fact they forget is they are mentally backward.

Just take a step back and apply all your comments to India and you will find we behave the same.
That so called Indian Doc who was charged with terrorist activities got all the needed publicity and Indian govt did everything to rescue him. But now Indian Malaysians are suffering and sorry to say the govt and media is not taking note of it. Shame on Indian govt and Indian media.

Correct! You can examples of Indian muslims rising to high profile positions and participating fully in the society. APJ Abdul Kalam, Former Cricket captain Azhar (even though he turned out to be a traitor), all the actor actresses in the film industry are loved by the public, A.R.Rehman, Shabana Aazmi, Azim Premji, Lucky Ali.....the list goes on.....Indian culture has survived many invasions from the past....Indian society embraces diversity and is able to move forward to the modern era without oppressing anyone....caste issues are still around....but that is a whole another issue....succeeding in India itself is difficult due to less resources and huge population....but race or religion is never the cause....you will see the poor Hindus suffering in the same way as poor Muslims....It is about time that Indian government makes it clear to the world that we respect our past and are proud of being Indian....just because we are peaceful does not mean we can be taken for granted.
As the emerging power India should take some actions. Always NRIs feel that Indian Govt put them down in all occassions. If anything happens to ppl originated from other western countries, they will put up lot of pressure.
