Although the present economic scenario of India at the hands of Manmohan and Chidambaram looks good, it cannot be sustained if persons like ABVP and Ranas take over the rein of the country.Bihar was one of the best administered states in India , but see what happened when persons like Karpoori Thakur, Jagannath Mishra and Laloo took over the reigns. Gone to abyss. India is likely to face the same destinyin 15/20 years from now.Technology and production by it self cannot deliver unless backed by Good Governance.Weep for thy country, beloved countrymen!!!
I completely agree with the article but..... we must do something to prevent these idiots from becomming tomorrows politicians. I feel NDTV or a news channel like them should make a documentary on this and show it live on national TV.....that might help.
I agree with everything you say.I have only one question, Does, today's Teacher is really, a GURU??
Guru means- Gu-darkness, Ru-light.so, Guru, means a person who takes one from ignorance to knowledge.
I dont think, today's academical teachers are worthy to be called GURU.They, themselves are partial, jealous, and misinformed and politically motivated.i believe, before critisising students, we should criticize Teachers who are the torch bearers in every students life.Infact, the whole Modren system of education is a faulty. In our traditional GuruKula system, there were no, students union, as the system was better and the need didnt arise.
The political activism not only of ABVP but also of Congress or of communist party is to be blamed and condemned. It is a foregone conclusion that todays student leaders are going to be tomorrow's political leaders. And we can not wish it away. It is under these circumstances our rules of university education are to be framed. By condemning ABVP at one place and encouraging SIMI in UP or communists in JNU, the problem can not be resolved.

Normal law abiding citizens are in no win situation. Because only goondas with money power muscle power, and good at caste based politics can win election and rule the country. India is for criminals , of criminals and by criminals.

Well..to some extent this is true that sometimes students behave violently on some sensitive matters and ABVP etc have diverted from their disciplines but still I personally believe tht politics lead by students is the one and only option which can help India.
