Iam worried to hear about the incident.
This makes wonder whether we are living in a civilized world or not.
Who ever may be the culprit he must be punished,
so that this kind of incident can be stopped.

I PRAY FOR EARLY RECOVERY.
MAY GOD BLESS U.
REGARDS,
SHIBU.

Much more should be done
by Gamdoor on Oct 01, 2003 07:02 AM

It is indeed tragic that the system works in such a deplorable fashion. It is not only the government that gives a 'who care's ' attitude but the people in general who should have a change in mentality. You can gauge the social response by the fact that there were only two responses to this sad news.
How much better would it have been if the hospital both were the the lady worked and the hospital where she was referred to had acted promptly to provide medical treatment.
Let us pray that the lady recovers and she regains one of the most precious gifts that God has given us humans.

She should start life afreash
by NShah on Oct 01, 2003 06:08 AM

Apart from pitying the girl, which appears to be the last thing that she wants, What actions are taken against the hospital that she worked in? They should be sued for not taking proper care of their own employee. What kind of a hospital is it where the employees are not safe? It makes me question are the female patients in that hospital safe? Has the hospital offered any compensation? One thing I don't understand about our country and us is why do we always wake up after the damage is done? Why is the responsibility always delegated and hardly addressed?

Shame on the system...............
by Mahender Bongu on Oct 01, 2003 03:14 AM

It is a system like this......that is causing brain drain from India. Is human life not important? How can a person in such a noble profession be left untreated ? Why do politicians come at the end and try to bag limelight by showing generosity. Iam proud to ne an Indian but sad to see the Indian system with all the corruption.
