i have read your article n i also feel that the government should wake up n wake up pretty fast if it feels like running a proper country. the bitches are as it is taking it for a ride. what i have realised is that most of the places the marriage is broken up n the girl goes scot free to get married again n screw the happiness of yet another guy. i propopse that we should all get together and create a list which will contain the details of the girl and her family with pics if possible.this should be made for public view so that if any other guy is going in for a marriage n he happens to first go thru this site n sees the female, then he will be forewarned and good sense prevailing step away from that bhitchy family.request everyones suggestions on this. thanks.
I got married 23-11-2000 and stayed together with wife around 10 days, with out my knowledge my wife undergoen abortion with in 40 days of my marriage amd aborted 3 months baby.
1)I love my wife i tried maximum to stay with her to avoid legal problems and hoping she will change in future.
2) I filed case u/s 12(1)(d) of Hindu marriage act - Declare my marriage As Void on 20/4/2000 and also obtained anticipatory bail.
3) Ny wife filed case U/s 498A on 26-6-2000, since i got anticipatory bail , she filed one more case u/s 506. 4) She also filed u/s 125. 5)I am visited court at nanjangud more than 100 times. 6) after 3 year of fight we decided to take mutual divorce and obtained degree divorce 0n 18/7/2003.
7)on the date of Divorce , we are able to close one case u/s 506 and 125 but 498a still pending.
8)they started to give trouble by draging the case for 2 more years, final judgement came on 23/9/2005 and all 6 persons acquitted.
9)now matter came to High court of karnataka case no-2342/2005. 10 days with my loved wife - illegal abortion- dowry case- u/s 506 - u/s 125 - u/s 12(d)- 13B - one day in jail - now High court.
I am Victim to IPC 498 Section. I was couple of days away from boarding flight to USA....when tragedy stuck me. My wife along with her family members came to my office and tried to stop my on-sight assigment. Since i didnot agree to their words...they have filed dowry harrassment case on me and my family members and police without any investigation filed an FIR against me.
It is tragic...that even for murder cases, police does preliminary investigation before registering FIR...but against dowry harrassment case, it doesnot.
I feel the issue should be taken as a social concern...if possible change the laws to the extent....that if a girl & her family is putting a false case, they should be punished for implicating a false case.
Case has been running for last 2 yrs...one day or the other...i will come out of the case...but justice delayed is justice denied.
There were moments when i felt liking my wife & family....but our country law doesnot do justice for people like me.
Some Social Organization....please take up this cause...it is worthy cause....people's life is getting ruined...do something.
Dear sir, I married on 28-5-2002 but my wife left me 10-6-2003 now she is at her dad's home studying college.in meanwhile period she use very badwords to my parents..me... and she left my home.i suffer lots of problems due to her.now i decided to devorce her... but now she harrased my family by saying that she wants to come home...but in practical she wants to harras us...i already put divorce case in court in last month...can u tell me what is right ?can i get divorce...in proof her letters r with me...stating that how she harrsed me...pls wait for suggestion...pls

I would like to be a part of your "harrassed by wife" association and would like to help other male victims. I'm from Hyderabad...I feel that this kind of helplines should be there in every corner through which we can help the victims. Women are just dominating the society by misusing the laws (I'm not saying that every women) but they should think that someone is getting affected....I want to start an online forum and a website where the victims can post their queries and suggestions. Let's not get ruled over.....Fight agaist the harassment. Men also need Help and Support....Coz we are all human-beings.

I got married in May'2003 and we had huge differences by dec'2003...and in Jan'2004..when i was on the verge of taking flight to USA for on-sight assignment....my wife & family files dowry harrassment case on me...for last 2 yrs..i am fighting the case in court....
even if i get justice...it doesnot restore whatever i lost...
I really want to contribute and make sure...no indiviual goes through the crisis i went thro.
Good to see a helpline for suffering husbands. I was desperately looking for somebody\'s help to save myself from my cruel wife. She has been harassing me a couple of months after I got married to her. She has gone upto the extent of beating me with stick. Since I am afraid of my family\'s reputation being spoiled if I reveal this, I have been tolerating this for 3 years. Now I can not take it anymore. Could you please tell me what steps do I have to take to file a case against my wife and seek justice.
