bad news that elephant is killed. if he was live he should have been taken to Parliament, hope the elephant's baby will be inspired and will continue the good work.
Every elected member (MLA/MP) should be given a elephant as perk ofcourse without any extra additional allowance. It may work out as watchdog since judiciary has failed in the country.

Common dude.. she is the only one in Indian scenariio. I think she has guts which none of her male counter parts in India can ever dream of! Long live Jayalalilthaa
we probably need more such elephants to put an end to the lineage of corrupt ministers in the country. it was sad that the elephant was killed. if not our MPs, MLAs and MLCs, they could have dropped him in musharraf and jamali's house. cheers, alka.
