Omprakash Yadava
Sentence to Sanjai Dutt
by Omprakash Yadava on May 16, 2013 08:58 PM

No doubt law does not differentiate big or small but why the real culprits who are out of India are not brought to book without punishing whom justice would not meet the ends of justice . Will any court of law order the government of India to get them within a specified time frame.

By this logic every boy who loses his mother at age 22 should do something criminal?

Great!

NEERAJ NARENDRAN
what is so unusual
by NEERAJ NARENDRAN on May 16, 2013 02:40 PM

I just dont know what is so special about Sunjay Dutt. He has handled arms and it is without knowing the implication. There is much more behind that. Look at the guy presenting himself as innocent. And some so called celebrities feeling for his arrest and detention. Perhaps they might be feeling that these are usual things in their zone and nothing strange about that. What else? There are many innocents getting punished. Nobody cries. Very rarest cases in Indian judiciary and democratic set up, where a person with a "name" gets punished. Thanks from middle class and the depressed.

Why rediff is again publishing article of Malavika Sangghvi ? Why so much undue importance to her and her article ? Do rediff has no other subject to report ?

Why the article of Malavika Sangghvi which was published earlier again repeated here ? Who is Malavika Sangghvi and why rediff is giving undue importance to her ? Mrs Nargis Dutt died long back. Sanjay has not learnt from his past mistakes and never bothered to improve himself. Let him pay the price for the crime he committed.

I am sure he will be a national hero, if he donates all his assets, earnings, property, both movable and immovable, benaami, invested amounts, fixed deposits, gold, riches (convert them to liquid currency) etc , donate to the families for which he was attached to!!!!! leave him scot free, and what ever earnings he accumulates should be equally distributed again
