They seem to sound even better than ARRs compositions! There was so much variety and melody, but not so much in hindi. And IR did all that 10-15 years before ARR came to the fore.

i agree.. there is a song without any instrument in this film.. only Rahman would have the guts to pull a 3 minute long song without a single instrument
Taal was his best... the number of times I listened to it I've lost count but the melodies were eternal. Ridiculous that you've included mediocre albums like Guru, Slumdog and Rockstar and forgot one of his finest works in Hindi ever. Sort it out Rediff.
