it is true that you have tribes settlements in the forests of andaman and nicobar - but they are not tamils and am not sure if they are cannibals. Just been to Andaman on a vacation and happened to see some of them as they stop us on the roads as you drive thru a 60km if dense forest stretch on the way to a place called Baratang island. it was truly a memorably trip :-)

surya never copy vijay, he haz his own style, just cuz he speaks punch dialogues u think he copy vjay, anyways singam is a good entertainer!!!!!:)

Eventhough i am a Ajith fan time has come to say this People started making Surya as a bigger star than Vijay. Come on guys Surya is acting only in established directors movie his new director movie in last 7 years is Jillunu oru Kadhal which is a flop. While Vijay beleives himself he is a star and Surya is an growing actor so stop comparing him with vijay. Surya is an Excellent actor but Still Surya is riding in Directors back so stop comparig him with vijay.

Surya doesnt copy, he's got his own swagger. And anyway, what is there to copy from Vijay?? Vijay himself is a photocopy of Mahesh Babu, so stop talking crap.
the only saving part is Anushka. But everyone is boring! Prakash raj, become boring villain, vijay kumar become boring, good man. vivek, boring to the core... climax is from Anjathe, villain goes north, police chase in south, villain is with kidnapped gal...etc..the village part reminds several movies, especially Vikram and asin movie.. too much of old stuff...the formula is time and again copied formula of vijay.. please audiance, do not encourage this movie..if we encourage, the producers will bring more of this kind of movies. all kalanithi maran movies maintain below standard movies. this one is no exception. now we people know that, kalanithi maran name is synonymous to below average movie. enthiran is not going to escape..but anyway, kalanithi has 1000s of crores..somewhere they have to show loss account. so his useless work continue in movie. we have bear his all non-sense

but i guess he never turned back to his native marathi once he left "jai maharashtra". he is a perfect example of indianess and he has raised himself above the state barriers which some of the people like u havent. grow up child, get some life !!!
I am a fan of Kamal and my fav actor after him is Surya. Whatever people say actors have got their own fans to watch and surya has got lot of female audience. Planning to watch the singam soon.
Typical tamil masala entertainer movie. few songs could have been cut to make it precise and less timely. One sided heroism movie. Surya Anushka chemistry was gud. Vivek shld hav got better scenes with gud humour. Comedy lacks. at the end Hero wins. ONCE A WATCH. worth a money.

only a fool can bear this nonsense. except mounam pesiyadhe and nanda(as solo hero), none of his movies are good. how can the chemistry b/w surya and anushka be good? anushka height enna, ivan height enna? he looks like a lilliput in front of the elephant-sized monster anushka.
