The movie provides good entertainment and what more does one can expect in a masala pot boiler... There is nothing to degrade here..Surya has in fact done a great job in his landmark film
I watch English,Hindi,Malayalam,Tamil,Telugu Movies. The Quality of films..we cant beat them in terms of Any area of Movie. The After then comes the Malayalam movies in terms of quality(1980-1995) Period.After 1995 mimicry artists entered Malayalam film industry it collapsed like anything. Still its in the sholder of Legendary actors like Mamooty and Mohanlal.
Telugu film industry still maintains the same qulaity of Masala...no up and down.
Tamil films saw a lot of experiments. I must say that the most experiment in Indian cinema is done in Tamil Cinema and there are lot o chances for new comers. But the sad thing is that the mainstram stars are spoiling the names by deliery such nonsence movies ( like recent SURRA and a lot) Low budget Tamil movies are the best movies in India in terms of quality.
The quality of hindi movies is no more to comment. Now all stories of Hindi movies are not Hinduthani. All imitaing European dress...its all bullshit

Its totally wrong to say Hindi movies are not produced in such quality even films with minimum budget like Mumbai Meri Jaan Impressed many Love Sex and Dhoka is a perfect example. See even superstars do 3Idiots, My Name is Khan but in Tamil film Superstars do Sura and Asal even Recognized star Surya does Aadhavan and Singam which are horrible to watch.

Probably you have not watched "Dev D" or "Love Sex Dhokha". No Tamil Malayalam movie come anywhere near. I am a Malayali, but I have to say this, Malayalam and Tamil are ages behind LSD or DevD - I dont see such a daring one in near future becomi ng a huge hit

LSD and DEV d are hits ?? hahahhaha.. those movies did not even run in theatres for 2 weeks and u call it hit ? u think dev d and LSD are good movies..then it show u ppl standard.. those kind of movies are made tamil 10 yrs back .. go watch naan kadavul,angadi theru,subramaniyapuram ... bollywood 50 yrs behind tamil cinema

How many movies u watched in tamil? There is a big list ... we cant even try to list them now. You can just list a few movies in hindi,.. thats it. Malayalam is way different. Dont bring that into masala genre.
