When I was in blore (and not in BTM or Koramangala BUT in JAYANAGAR 8th block near NATONAL COLLEGE) People spoke to me in Hindi all the time because i was from NORTH :-) .There wsa no compulsion nor any incentive to learn KANNADA

Because of u guys only I think What Raj Thackeray is good and need for the country. It's not necessary to learn hindi to live in this country which has so many languages. We guys don't hate hindi, it's movies, food, culture and people thats why we eat ur dish, watch ur movies...but we just don't want to be compelled. If we have to survive in North we don't mind to learn the language. Down look down at us, as we are also equally contributing to the ups and downs of this country.

See beta .. u speak Hindi in North because there is NO CHOICE and I did not learn KANNADA becoz the ppl of karnataka gave full freedom for my HINDI > CHILL >If theere was a necessity for me to learn Kannad to live in blore I WOULD have .BUT NO... ppl spoke hindi always with me

Son, if I'm able to survive without speaking in hindi, why should I learn it. You are defending hindi and feeling good about it because it is your mother tongue.So naturally u have affection towards it. Likewise we also love and adore or language. No one in South except dirty politicians hate hindi. When it is necessary we'll learn not only ur language but any language.

i have travelled nd stayed all over india....except tamil nadu..u wont hv any problem in india be it north east or west or south liike kerela or bangalore...only tamilians do not speak hindi or do not learn it...can u find one tamil martyr for the country...no freedom fighter as well..dey r traitors since inception of india...dey should all be sent to sri lanka...kannadigas and mallus r much better...
