Oscars 2010 - without having seen THE HURT LOCKER, cannot comment on its Big wins in the Director and Best Pic category ! Tho I was personally rooting for UP IN THE AIR and its absolutely brilliant young thoroughbred director Jason Reitman !
I desperately wantd both Meryl Streep and George Clooney to win the Lead acting categories - but then once Jeff Bridges and Sandra Bullock picked up the Screen Actors Guld trophies, it waas more or less certain that the herd mentality would prevail with the oscar voters -
Sandra Bullock !!!!!! Seriously ?????????? She who picks up Worst Actress a day earlier gets the oscar stauette too ????? & For what : for a whole lot of jabber jabber jabber thruout THE BLIND SIDE ???????? AMPAS Members : get yr brains outta yr goddamned asses ! It should have been either Meryl for Julie & Julia or Gabourey Sidibe for PRECIOUS ! Hate the voting bloc tht honored Sandra, a total undeserved nomination ! She is ure to go the way of Charlize theron - not to b seen or heard except for NORTH COUNTRY since her Oscar win !
