again a flop for abhishk...again a highly expected movie goin down...disappointment as mani s the director evry one else in this movi is anyways terrible....tamilians like anything in tamil..
Maniratnam's "Aag" is "Raavan"... Any movie need to have "Own" story...any "Inspired Stories" would have tremendous expectations on screenplay and no secrecy of story!!!...same happend in "Aag" of RGV...
Mr. Maniratnam has really disappointed. Raavan- Raavan means fear/anger/devastating , but the Raavan's in both Hindi & Tamil do not depict anything of that.
I was never an admirer of Aishwarya, the only film in which was a good actor was Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.
The Screeplay is very loosely knitted, I think Mr. Mani lost himself in the scenic beauty of the locations where he has shot. I will forgive Mr.Mani for the locations. Each of his movie is shot in areas where no one thought of never shooting. I bow to Santosh Sivan & Manikandan, you guyz are the biggest plus of the movie. The movie lacks intensity thats required to be Raavan.
Once again Great Work by Santosh Sivan & Manikandan & ARR

Story...Others would have first worked on a good story and then added visuals to make it good, Mani has first seen the locations and then woven a story to knit them
