Better than Phoonk2
by SANJAY KHANDELWAL on Apr 19, 2010 06:33 PM

The movie was much better than Phoonk 2 and almost all reviews have given Phoonk2 a lower rating than Paathshala except rediff. On one hand there is a movie which is total waste of money and on the other hand there is a movie on relevant subject still rediff prefer Phonk2.. Shameful..

Thanks to Paathshala Unit
by ABC XYZ on Apr 19, 2010 06:25 PM

Thanks to Paathshala Unit for making movie on this topic which is relevent for all parents and students. It is very easy to criticise but how many film makers in this industry have guts to put their money on such kind of movie. We are seeing flood of non-sense movies every week on stupid topics so atleast this attempt should be appreciated. WELL DONE...

Good Attempt which should be appreciated
by ABC XYZ on Apr 19, 2010 06:22 PM  | Hide replies

Its a good attempt to make a movie on such subject which touches every parent and child. How many producers these days put their money on making movies on such topic ? On one side there is RamGopal Verma who is wasting money in making silly movies still rediff gives it 2.5 rating and here is a movie on a meaningful subject which gets just 1.5 rating. Shame on rediff that it gives 5 rating to a C-Grade movie like LSD. If one cannot appreciate such attempt of Paathshala Unit it should not be criticised.

Ever thought why this country is Marching towards mediocrity everywhere, politics, movies, beurocracy etc.

Politics you cannot get in and rise up unless and until your are somebody's somebody. Mere intelligence and capability wont do. Even if you come up, you will be ultimately taken down = case of point Shashi Taroor

Movies, be in Hindi or Tamil or malayalam - the guys ruling the roost are somebody's somebody and not real talents and they wont allow any talented outsider to come in.

As for other sectors caste Reservations have ensured that mediocrity not only prevail, but thrive!!!

JAI HO INDIA
