"Dear All, i came to see many reactions tellin, sarath kumar steals the show,manoj.k.jayan steals the show etc...in fact they all steal the show..what if they have ,they all have the right....And the important of all is that "mamooty has done a commendable job in portraying Pazhassi raja to the best, and one must understand in quality of pazhassi raja in keeping his trusted people as equal ones beyond caste ,creed etc.....that holds the key.Mamooty has succeded in it which gives a vast opportunity for the characters to grow in this cinema, and finally came the output..A briliiant one indeed we can call this one A CINEMA..."Kudos to MT and Hariharan& whole team"
this movie is good a must watch...but it has a few problems...the number one being the fact that its sharath kumar that walks away with all the accolades...and unnecessary comedy...and a bit too long...but thats ok...defnitely a hit..but better...not like oru vadakan veera gatha

Overall it is very good movie.. Sure no one will get bored by seeing this movie... Sound Mixing was utimate ... All stars did their portion very well... First Half was little bit slow.. after it balance all...
No doubt!!! It's a magnum opus...Brilliant movie ... Excellent Acting performances from Mammootty, Sarath kumar, Manoj K Jayan and Padmapriya... Hariharan's direction is excellent....War scenes were like never seen before in Malayalam Cinema...truly world class...heard that those were shot without any Graphics!!
Well..i didnt see anyone telling abt the Sound Part of the movie !!! It's Rasul pookkutty's Gift to Malayalam Movies..!!! No words ...I havent heard the sound of rain never like this in any movies...it really showed the wildness of rain...The sounds of swords arrows...even footsteps...awesome!!!

Mr.Hari... Rasul Pookutty is not the music director. He is just the sound director. He designs sound after Maestro Ilayaraja gives His wonderful BGM. So all credit goes first to Mr.Ilayaraja the real hero of the movie. And also Mr.Poonkutty cannot give his own sound design suggestion with out raja's acception. So first hat's off to raja then to pookutty... Can u watch this world class malayalam with out BGM???

sync effects, non-sync sounds of background, BGM everything was good: except the quality & volume of the 'sound' of dialogues. An invisible sparrow chirping far off sounded crisper, louder than Mammootty's (or any actor's) voice. ALL the dialogues track felt as if deliberately lowered to give importance to effects! A balance was required, which was missing.
But this is nit-picking. The movie is ofcourse the labour of love and is a world class product. Hats off to Producers for supporting such a project.
