many guys are discussing that 100 crores have been spent on movie. how did you guys came to know this figure when producer himself is not willing to disclose it. see the blue's producer interview on Indiafm where he is no mood to disclose the figure. I feel 95% of bollywood movies are making profits. They are not fool to make movies even though they are in loss. so all the new like 100 crores, Akshay charging 50 crores are rubbish

There was an article somewhere which gave out figures, I remeber kylie minogue charged 10 cr for that song and appearance, u better google. dont rely on sources which are here for publicity gimmick
If this movie has become a hit its only because of curiosity of people and because of the fact that it has been released during Diwali Holidays. Otherwise it has so many flaws that it can be classified as a comedy not a thriller.
Zayed Khan destructs so many cars, a huge lorry and kills so many people in traffic accidents. Is 50000 $s worth that much??
People have gone to the depths of abyss discovering lost ships, is it such an impossible mission that the Lady in Blue which was lying in continental shelf remained unexplored for more than 50 years?
People really appreciate movies that are logical in their respective genre whether they are fictious/mythological/thriller/drama/comedy. Otherwise it becomes a farce.
I dont know till how long Indian directors believe that with only item numbers/star cast/and stunts people accept any crap.

Does not matter Harsha. A hit is a hit in any case. Most of the SRK movies became successes partly due to the Diwali factor. Why "Chak De India" became such a huge hit? Since, it had a patriotic theme, one of the factors behind its huge success was the month of Independence. Although, Chak De would have been a hit anyway (due to its quality), the "August factor" did have a major share in its success. Moreover, I feel that releasing a movie during the most profitable season is every producer's right because they invest crores and crores of rupees in these projects. Last but not the least, the flaws you have mentioned are the ones, which are present in every commercial Bollywood movie of current times, whether it is action/comic/romantic. If you like flawless movies, then you should rather be watching the Bollywood art movies of the 70s and 80s. Just a suggestion Thanks for reading
