One newspaper and one television channel claims that Shiney is reported to have said it was consensual sex. Will that be taken into consideration?
His statement is not valid. Only the girl's statement is valid. We will fight on that basis only.
WHY? I am not supporting any rapist, but this is highly ILLOGICAL stand by entire human race, that a Gal/Woman is always right? Isn't there .000001% chance that this was indeed a concensual act?

i think you do not have the basic knowledge of indian penal code and its section which clearly states that when a women claims that she is raped , it is taken in to consideration and arrests are made. law thinks that no women can claim this without reason and put her self at stake.

Don't take the statement of police as a gospel. Wait and watch what happens in the court of law i.e how he bribes everyone and comes out clean.

why did the maid again go to shineys house on 14th after she was being molested on 13th. if she was a lady of dignity, would she again go to his house when his wife wasnt there? its true he laid hands in her, and its cruelty, but what abt the maid who conveniently closed her eyes against the warning she got the preious day. maybe shiney thot she was willing and came the next day....and so did that... anyways, the mask shiney has worn has anyway got torn off...as he has a wife and kid and still...

She went back the next day after molestation and thats what led this Dull Ahuja to think that she was consenting and make him rape her.
Rediff is strangely silent on the case of the recent gang-rape in Surat, where 3 youths of the so-called 'Minority Community' gang-raped a school-girl in their car.
It turns out that these animals have been regularly gang-raping young women in their car, and filming the rape, and then selling the videos for profit.
Two of the accused are sons of Policemen. All three of the accused are aspiring male-models, and are well-to-do.
This is a case of extreme criminality, and there are NO MITIGATING FACTORS, to reduce the enormity of their crimes.
To ensure that the case, wherein the accused are sons of policemen, does not get suppressed in our justice-system, the VHP has taken the commendable step of calling for a bandh in Surat.
And as always, the evil English-language media, instead of condemning the heinous crimes of the rapists (from the 'minority-community'), is busy attacking the VHP for having called for a bandh.

yestarday three rediff journalists are arrested by Guj police in connection with surat gang rape ...for providing them with car and know the incident in advance... rediff is unabel to report for obvious reasons ..
