well said, valid points :) infact there are millions of mens who has sexual relationships with thier maids, a FACT!! i believe 90 % of the relationships are consensual and the rest are done either by force or the victims are helpless and scared to to give evidence against thier employers . i Believe in majority of the case both parties enjoy equal benefits.. men would get nice tension free ride when thier wives becomes too engaged in other side of life.. ending interest in sex, and for the famale partners they will recieve extra monetory benefits plus Sexual pleasure ( majority of the maids who enjoy these types of relationships are married with out having an active sex life with thier partner) BUT in some cases those females would change thier side and accuse the men for forceful sex if some one comes to know about the relationship! another down side of these secret relationship!!!

I know your reaction a obvious one but law is like that I spoke on law lines as being a practising lawyer I solicit your reactions with positive respect but be on single mindedness but not of double standards ask your self r u not an animal at first instance then other things Thankq for u r reactions As a matter of fact more than 90% of cases of rape ultimate result is of acquittal of accused for want of sufficient evidence and often the act proves positive then the consent is the reasons for acquittal often .So try to understand and understand the basic instincts of man and dwelling circumstances and law of jungle where man has no option than the might n law of land with stipulated laws to protect the victims and to make orderly society; I know more than 50% of our minor girls are being subjected to some kind of sexual molestation at one stage or other in one form or other in their lifetime even by their own ppl they trust as protectors. I m also father to a minor girl child can understand feel the tragedy when our own ppl r subjected to. but basics r basics even I find minor girls blame their own protectors stumbling blocks for their advancements of sexual desires in the name of true love [often proves farce for sake of satisfaction of sexual desires] Try to be realistice and understand the instictive charecters of a man n women who are basically having animal tendicies n No hipocrity please
Those from shineys camp trying to justify his act stop all this bullshit.Shiney did this henious crime.If he is let scott free this time this will encourage him to go one step further.Who knows what he may do to his own child few years down the line.Such action shud be controlled in the early stages. IF medically proved will shineycampwallas will say consensual sex?If money was the criteria for the maid she cud have easily demanded and got from shiney.Thats not the case.
